The dress is awful, on someone deathly skinny like Bec or short and rotund like our gal.. not even a stunning curvy supermodel could make this look good.. style is sooo dated!

With all due respect this dress is absolutely not outdated right now. Fall 2023 fashion shows were full of big shoulder silhouettes, and there were articles everywhere from Vogue to Glamour magazine about oversized shoulders being the silhouette for 2024.

Such is the speed of fashion trends these days that dresses exactly like that have gone from runways to high end designers to H&M and Zara to Chinese made fast fashion retailers like Boo Hoo and Pretty Little Thing to now being copied exactly by Bianca & Bridgett.

That dress and the pointed toed heels are exactly what girls would we wearing to winter 21sts in Melbourne right now. Emmy (and even Bec’s) problem is that they’re in their 40s and trends aren’t actually designed for them. They’re well past being the target market for what the fashion industry pumps out.
