I’ve not been able to finish either of her newest videos because they’re so boring lmao. Since her break from youtube ive realised that she’s so ridiculously out of touch and doesn’t have anything of relevance to say, people act like she’s wise beyond her years but she’s really ignorant and doesn’t have enough life experience to be giving advice that is applicable and in reach for most people.

That being said, she definitely looks a lot happier than when all her videos were her just rotting in bed, so I guess her time off has been really great for her

Agree, I think her personality was charming when she was younger and have those non-sense thoughts or mentioned things without thinking much. She is not an old person. But she should be wiser by now.

She seems to have hit the moment where she has a lot of money and no ambitious. Her "projects" are whatever her agency set up for her.

To me she has never been sad, but just bored. She have got her life easy since she was very young. If she wanted something she was able to just buy it or pay for it. So is like she doesn't need to put much effort on life.

I think the time she spent home was mostly due to covid rules and the lack of PR trips. In my opinion when she "quit YouTube" briefly was just because her boyfriend was on tour and she must have spent lot of time with him. Her vlogs were probably her income during 20-21 and her way to do something at home. But with all the PR events she have had this year I think she is good with money and have no interest on put effort for YouTube.

That's what I don't like about her. She just uses her audience to promote whatever she has been asked to sell. Or to post crying pics to keep her audience with anxiety-depression issues.

I feel bad saying this as I have really enjoyed some of Emma’s vlogs. But, she complains too much!!! All the time she complains, doesn’t matter where she is etc she is always moaning and doesn’t seem to have energy for anything. I’m bored of watching her in bed, shopping hauls or eating. I don’t like how she advertised some stock market app in her video last week when she clearly hasn’t got the foggiest what it is. She even said she hadn’t used the app yet so why was she advertising it? What happened to ‘you know I’d only show you guys something I love!’ that all of these youtubers bleat on about. Think her boyfriend seems shady. I get weird vibes of him. The insta video where the woman asked him directions and he told her the wrong ones just showed him to be a bit of a douche. Think it's deleted now but besides that I always got the vibe he wanted fame really badly and kinda uses emma a bit for her fame. She's definetly helped him get more notoriety. Would he be interested in her if she was random girl with no following working regular job? I doubt. he's definetly chasing fame

My question is how did she end up with a coffee company at a young age.
Did someone pitch her the idea? in the same style every YouTuber gets a book publishing deal or merch deal?
She doesn't seem business savvy. Having a company is a lot of work and she's the CEO apparently. She sounds so oblivious when it comes to having a job, makes the most stupid remarks like she never worked a single day in her life.
There's no real info about how this company emerged and what is her role there(besides sampling coffees and approving branding campaigns)...weird.

She’s like the d’amelios, I’m sure she has a business manager who presented her with a number of business options and she just selected the one she preferred. Emma has no idea about the inner workings of the business evident by her many days spent in bed and lack of specific knowledge. I understand she has experienced Depression but business owners that are responsible for the day to day running of the business, would really struggle to keep it running if their days were like that. She the face / brand.

so i jsut listened to her podcast for first time and i agree so much with what she says about alone time etc. its just amazing she figured this out at such a young age. i think because she had so much time to self reflect that she has come to this realisation sooner than others maybe. people usually go about their lives trying to fit in and go to college and whatever and alot of what people do is just to please others, like parents maybe or social groups and people dont generally take a look at their lives and think is this what i really want etc. and dont have time off to really think about it because you constantly have to be doing something or people ask questions and put their judgements on you, so you never really do get time to self reflect.

I do like her, only been watching her for about a month or so so I can't really talk about what she's been like long term but from the vids I've seen, all she eats is coffee/tea, vegetables and sometimes tempeh. Like individually they seem healthy but that's all she ever eats. Even when she orders food, its a salad. Maybe she just enjoys 'clean' eating but I saw a vid that discusses her eating and many think its very disordered I hope she finds out what's wrong though if she's in a lot of pain and gets help if she struggles with body image.

I saw Abby sharp review her WIEIAD, she seems to go pretty easy on her tbh. Her choices do mainly seem really healthy and things I would gravitate towards, I also liked very veggie bueger / burritos and fast food reviews.

Emma talks a lot about having abdominal pain and diarrhea which gives the impression something needs to be done to make her more comfortable, done by a medical specialist.

Having a severe cramp attack in the middle of the night, that causes sweating when alone in an (fancy af) air bnb the desert must have been scary.

Completely agree with what’s been said, personally I’d love to see Emma go to an adult art school for photography, film, painting what ever. I think it would be super interesting and good for her. Maybe she’d meet her people there? Now she’s matured a bit maybe she wouldn’t find the education setting so difficult/depressing

I think because of us all experiencing lockdown and a lot of us being confined to our houses for weeks/months on end, watching her do nothing but the same couple of errands around her house in every vlog is boring now. Even when she goes to a different country or city, the vlogs revolve around the hotel room or her walking about, trying to find a coffee shop. I don't know if that's all she does or if she only wants to show us that side of it but she has so much money to explore the world and meet people along the way yet she doesn't do it. She won't find friends if she has a list of criteria that must be met. She needs to go out there and 'her people' with gravitate towards her. Stop taking yourself so seriously and trying to be wise beyond your years as the previous poster put it and have some fun, Emma!!!

Anyone here know much about Emma Chamberlain? ive heard of her only second hand via ppl showing her coffee brand in vlogs etc..The algorythm (sp?) suggested her to me today and she does even less that our 2.. its a 44 mins of her sitting on a sofa under a blanket with headphones on telling us step by step what she does in a day . I lost the will to live when she spoke for several minutes on what type of sports bra she wears.HOW is this woman so popular??
