Her lunch was less calories than her evening snack!Did anyone notice how much calories she ate when showing this app screen for one day? It was a bit over 1300Kcal!!! She has no bloody idea how to loose weight in healthy way and for good. Go Emily, treat yourself with daily intake under 1500kcal and all those lost pounds will come back to you quicker than you think love ;-)
She is a massive yo-yo dieter, just pay attention to her videos, every time she says she wants to be healthier, you know she is actually starving herself. She did the exact same thing last summer.To be honest I would have thought her PT would be giving her nutrition advice because she needs to overhaul how she eats, cottage cheese on toast will not sustain you for lunch! I know people hate on joe wicks but his methods work, any good PT should help her with nutrition. If she fuels her body with good nutritious food and ups her lean proteins and lowers her carbs then she will do far better. You don’t need to count calories, you just need to tweak how you fuel your body.
Also on the subject of nutrition I wish someone would tell her that protein powder isNOT suitable for children!!!!! And whey protein is awful! Much better to have vegan...
i certainly wouldn’t take any advice from her as regards to nutrition. Her food haul videos are awful; so many snacks and processed food. I’m certain she starves herself, any healthy weight loss wouldn’t be quick enough in terms of content. What people want to see is quick results and she knows this. Haha I was thinking the opposite, I couldn't last on 1300 but she's a lot shorter than I am! I need more than 1300 calories or I will be extremely unpleasant.I would struggle to eat 1300cal but she looks alot er than me. Her attitude to it is so bad though
