It seems it was a trend to use that sound and caption together, a few other creators did the same video before Emilie but Emilie’s must be the most-viewed at this point. I still think it’s a bit of an odd choice at this point.

“The past few months have been really really hard, I’m not going to sugarcoat it”

Eh I don’t think anyone was expecting you to.. I get that she’s probably coming out with all sorts of nonsense but that was a weird sentence.

Someone on Reddit pointed out that the wedding photos are gone from the shelving unit in the living room. But she's wearing a band on her ring finger.

Seems strange to be back so soon given how unsure she sounded from that post, but i guess shes acutely aware that the longer she is away the harder it might be to get back into it for various reasons.

There was also a photo Trigg on that unit, along with the wedding photos. The shelves have had a complete change up. I think it’s an attempt at privacy, however it gives the eerie feeling. That house isn’t a home anymore, naturally.
I noticed the band on her wedding finger and I think bruises up her arm. You could see she had no real life behind her eyes, however she physically looks better than I thought she would

The whole video just makes me feel weird. I think it’s just seeing her get on with her everyday life when she’s lost a child. Which I know is the most ridiculous thing to say because of course you have to get on with those types of things. I don’t even know how to explain it, maybe it’s because it’s been filmed and put online it doesn’t sit right with me but then it was her job and source of income so she was always going to come back I guess. Don’t even know what I’m trying to say but just feels odd to watch

I’d not heard of Emilie until the death of poor baby Trigg. I’ve since seen a few of her videos on TikTok and read through this thread. Her newest video just came up on my FYP. Now I know every body grieves differently, but i was honestly so surprised to see she had posted a video so soon. I don’t think I could bring myself to. It’s also heartbreaking to watch, seeing how life goes on - even after something so heartbreaking - still having to tend to every day, mundane jobs like emptying the dishwasher and cleaning up. I cannot even fathom how it feels. Coming across a toy, or an item of clothing or a little plastic cup or plate that he would have once used. Just dreadful 💔

I was just about to say the same thing, the house seemed very empty and soulless it’s heart wrenching 🙁
Absolutely, like a show home. And the cleaning is definitely for show just to get the right length for the creator fund over there so she can get paid because the house was clearly clean like the dishwasher had 5 things in it 🙈😂
I understand that’s her income now though, I mean if she worked a normal job it’s messed up but she would probably have to return to work four/five/six months later? 😓

If this return to social media is a coping mechanism, it's not a healthy one and I'm saddened that her loved ones didn't pull her back from it.

The obvious product placement/usage just made me feel nauseous to be honest.

I was part of the group that understood she would come back to TikTok as it’s her job bht the video is just so uncomfortable knowing what we know. Watching her wash the baby bottles when there should also be a toddler cup. Hanging up the baby clothes when there should be toddler clothes. These things were so alarmingly missing and it’s so sad. Can’t imagine how she’s had to deal with that. It’s just all so tragic.

I didn’t even comprehend mundane every day tasks like the dishes and laundry with all his stuff being missing. The realisation made me feel instantly sick, yet also incredibly lucky that I’ve never experienced a loss like it

I’m shocked she looks quite well, I think I look worse on a normal day without that tragedy
