Are their laws there about using their child for views too ? Could that come into play or is there no laws there ?

Whole thing is horrific. They where both negligent and didn't put a fence around a pool because it wasn't pleasing to the eye.

It’s such a tough one. On one hand, somebody who is negligent should be punished but on the other hand, in this case he already has a life sentence of guilt to deal with.

I saw a comment online that says this is no different to the McCans. They were negligent and not punished. I have to admit it gave me food for thought.

Yes the McCanns were negligent but I suppose it’s a different place so whatever laws are in that particular state in the U.S. will dictate what happens. I have read that legally pools are supposed to have fences as well?

I agree it’s a tough one. I know not everything portrayed online is real but they really did come across as doting loving parents who absolutely adored that little boy, i cannot begin to imagine what they are going through. But at the same time it is so frustrating and infuriating how preventable this all was

I've seen it suggested that CPS made them put the fence up because of the other child.

Do we actually have proof of the fence being put up? I haven’t seen any photos since the aerial ones from a number of weeks back, where the pool was just covered

I do understand her still being in the house, if something happened to my daughter I think I would just want to sleep in her bed and think about her. It’s sad if it’s true she kicked him out I’m not surprised at all. I could never forgive him

True but I personally think it's pretty obvious what it means. He's thankful to be at home rather than in jail!
Also there are a lot of made up rumours about the Kisers from people on Reddit claiming to know them. All that stuff about Brady not even knowing Trigg had drowned until emergency services turned up because Emilie had called them, etc.

I still don't believe Emilie threw him out. From what I've read, he may have been temporarily staying away from their home (where they have another child) whilst the CPS carried out their investigation.

Emilie Kiser's legal team wants more than routine redactions in Chandler's police report for the May drowning of her son, according to a court filing.

Emilie has filed another lawsuit. I wonder what she is trying to hide at this point!? Like, what other details could they be so desperate for the public not to find out? She argues that they don't want the finer details released because people could use them to produce AI reenactments, etc., but (sick as it would be) there are already enough details out there to create a reenactment, if someone was so inclined.

"The public deserves to know the full details and reasoning that led Chandler police to the conclusion that this was one of those rare cases in which criminal charges are justified," Kelley said, adding the public should know those details so they could "evaluate" prosecutors' decision not to charge Brady Kiser."
