100% agree. As soon as a photo of the house was shown everyone knew it was Emilie as like all influencers she made it very easy to find her house. This highlights how much of their privacy they've given away to make money on social media. It's morally wrong to do that with minors that can't consent.
Again ‘could have’ and ‘rumours’. No one knows anything for certain. We are all just theorising here
I agree. There are a lot of weirdos out there that get excited making up the wildest stories about other people’s lives.

Nobody should want to view footage of a child drowning. Famous, Influencer, just a random Joe bloggs, anyone who requests details of a child drowning or wants to see a child drown is weird. Just because we’ve seen a lot of Triggs life and his parents have monetised it, doesn’t mean we should see him drown. I actually find it sickening that people think they’re entitled to see it or even know the details. I think for us in the UK it’s easy for us to preach about pool safety because we don’t have them, easy for us to say our kids would never sneak out, easy for us to say we would cover the pool after every use. They’ve had a false sense of security, everyday use, swim lessons and the attitude of ‘it’ll never happen to us’ and it’s tragic. They’ve paid the ultimate price and I can’t imagine navigating grieving your son, while raising your new born baby. Im gutted for them all, and the only thing worse than going through that is people thinking they are entitled to see the footage.
Is anyone actually wanting to see graphic videos? Of course that's wrong. But I read that more of a PR thing in her filing to give it gravitas. I don't know Arizona but the public records of these things are usually not graphic like that - it would be a 911 call and the body cam of arriving on scene then it would be cut before showing anything graphic.
Of course they would never release footage of him drowning. There would be complete and utter outrage

Yep. We had a pond in our garden when we moved in to our house years ago and my eldest was a toddler at the time. It just had a bit of netting around it. It made me extremely anxious and obviously we couldn't take our eyes off her in the garden. Couldn't wait to get rid of it and I'm so glad we did. Just not worth the risk with small children.
We normally sitting down to eat dinner at 6pm so at 5.30pm i know where all 3 of my kids are normally hanging around the kitchen waiting for dinner

He may have been on life support with brain injury due to the lack of oxygen and they didn’t want it turned off as they still had hope. I remember Morgan Miller releasing a picture of her little toddler Emmy who fell in a neighbour’s pool and the picture showed her cuddling Emmy who was hooked up to life support in the hospital before they turned it off. It’s all just heartbreaking and i can imagine parents just not wanting that last piece of hope gone.
Yeah but what I mean is if he was in the water as long as people are making out then he would most likely have been DOA at the hospital, rather than being able to be resuscitated and placed on life support.

If any of this is true, he is almost certainly will be charged with negligence.
If she viewed her notification straight away tho it’s possible she saw him near the pool/getting in - it may have taken some time for him to get into difficulty in the water, especially if he’s done some sort of lessons, which would bridge the 5/10 min gap of her calling for help so it is possible.
Sorry I hate even thinking about what it must have been like for her to see it unfold or the start of it unfold and be totally helpless. Cameras are amazing for safety but that must have been so awful to see it about to happen or happening and be totally powerless

I don’t think she saw it as I’ve saw part of the reason she wants all the documents sealed is she doesn’t want to watch it either
Sorry I was only referencing the rumour that she got the notification to her phone and was the one that called the police who went and got him out the pool as she couldn’t get hold of her husband.
Then someone questioned how he was on life support, so she probably didn’t see the footage, she perhaps could have got a ring notification of “motion” (like saw him outside near the pool or getting in it) and then raised the alarm. I just meant that there could have been a delay between her notification and him actually getting into difficulty in the pool so he maybe hadn’t been in as long.
Sorry I wasn’t clear! But obviously it’s all speculation I was just trying to answer why he could have been on life support if the rumour that the police pulled him out was true!
