I also don’t think the fact they’re online should be part of the privacy thing. Do I want to or think anyone should view camera footage or listen to 911 calls? Hard hard no, nothing to do with them being in the public eye, I just wouldn’t want to watch or listen to stuff about any child drowning.
However, if their lack of gate round the pool contributed to this tragedy then I do think that should be made public, because it could make other people think.
I think there’s a real possibility they could face charges if it’s deemed they didn’t have the correct safety measures in place - and I think that’s really the only thing that should be made public here.
Either, they had the safety measures in place but sadly they weren’t enough in this case or they didn’t have the correct/legal safety measures in place and it was entirely preventable and an accident waiting to happen.
