Major clue that her ED is still controlling her. First thing she asks is where it’s from before anything else. For most people that wouldn’t matter and they’d respond with a grateful thank you!

She’s never going to recover if she doesn’t take a rest day / cut down on the exercise.. I know from experience while trying to gain weight after ED I didn’t do much exercise just a walk with dog but still struggled to put on weight it’s just gonna make it more difficult for her because she’ll need double the calories she’s burning all the time

It's evident she doesn't actually want to recover

I’ve resisted the urge to comment on her recent tiktok about ED fatality rates but the fact she has had the audacity to post it in amongst the body checking triggering videos where she is over exercising and under eating really has angered me!

She’s the biggest hypocrite going! Now people are paying her to be “coached” by her, I predict it’s only going to make her worse. Eating disorders are dangerous and in recovery you should be doing everything you can to avoid triggers…she’s wallowing in them on a daily basis

Her mum is literally enabling her?!
I’m sure I saw someone say her mum had an ED at some point too?? And now she’s literally cheering her own daughter on with hers. She thinks she’s doing the whole “I’m not a regular mum, I’m a cool mum” but really It’s disgusting and shameful. She’s a mother, not her friend and should be protecting her instead of encouraging her whilst she’s so obviously still deep in the depths of her illness

It makes me so mad that she thinks it’s ok to be coaching at this stage in her “recovery”. The before and after pics do not look any different IMO and they’re relentless, because she is trying to prove a point but actually proving the opposite 😤

I get that everyone’s recovery is different but for me, I was BANNED from the gym and banned from going running by the professionals looking after me until I gained a decent amount of weight and even then they advised if I MUST work out it should only be a few times a week.
I gained 3 stone and have gone up To a size 12/14. I am ok with it because I am so much healthier now but seeing her still so clearly ill and calling it recovery is so triggering for me and will be for so many others.
also Most of us have full time jobs and don’t have the luxury of having mummy and daddy fund our unemployed lifestyles so we can live in the gym for hours a day. That used to annoy me about Millyg as well but recently she’s actually a bit more tolerable and seems to show a much more realistic balance with exercise. It’s no longer her priority and I respect her more for it.

how is she in control of others calorie intake when she clearly can’t fuel herself properly !

I bet she loves it, telling people to eat a normal amount of calories knowing that she’s eating far less than them. It’s just another thing the ED will love!
