its a beautiful house. I’m not a fan of flat pack houses that are thrown up in a few months but I really looks lovely.

obviously I’m not asking for their location but I do wonder how much it was (approximately)
Me too, I do prefer older houses as they have so much more character. I looked on the David Wilson homes website and there’s some similar and it says 220k-400k

They’re being so stupid putting up a video like that - a clear shot of the front of the house and in-depth details of the inside, a burglars dream...

True & judging by the few hundred pound trainers she just splashed out on, on camera, it'll be interesting to see what she fills the new home with. Seeing as her career has thrived on low end high street hauls, she is now treading a thin 'unrelatable' line flaunting spending her viewers dime. I love that she's not being annoyingly secretive over the house move but as you say, there's always that safety aspect to consider.

Well I think she lives near Bristol due to her old primark hauls so imagine somewhere like The below (maybe around 400k) plus the extras as that isn’t a standard new build

She did also say their fees were 8k (stamp duty solicitor etc). So if the house was 400k she would have paid 5k stamp duty, and solicitor would be around 1k plus any mortgage arrangement fee so my guess is the house was around 425k (6250 stamp duty with that)
Sorry for the double post it wouldn’t let me edit my first.

Will be at least 400k. There's similar to me in East Yorkshire and they're £500k so there's will be at least that.

Vacuous bland e beggars the lot of these Samey samey girls . Inflated lips and egos ,
Hollywood mirrors , grey and beige clothing ,
Grey houses , an ever so perfect boyfriend , trips to Coachella and B&m , non stop bull talk of cosiness in Autumn and a freakish love of Disney ALL adds up to the dreadful state of the world we live in . Please God let this dreadful phase of girls on you tube showing off be over and let’s have more creative fun watching better content that ACTUALLY inspires . For me I’m not inspired by new homes , desenio prints and tit merch. I’m inspired by travel bloggers who sail around the world doing things for other people less fortunate than themselves or people with a talent in something .
Pouting at a camera and talking tit about products that these losers have been gifted is just so deeply embarrassing it’s hard to watch

Well said! I totally agree. They're like clones of each other. Fake tan, hair, lips, eyelashes, nails, low iq, Jesus it's soul destroying to see them rake in the cash.

Glad it's a new build so there are no ghosts, but could have been built on an ancient burial ground.

I’m really surprised that two self employed people can get a mortgage on a house like that

Convinced they did Help to Buy and let’s assume they put down a 20% deposit because she is making a fair bit of money and has been saving for 4 years (maybe parents chipped in), then govt supports another 20% - that’s only a £255k mortgage on £425k value which you probably need a joint income of £70k to be approved, plus parents could have acted as guarantors.

Then I’m sure they can offset some of their monthly mortgage cost as a business cost as they both work from home?

Probably less than their rent now

That house was from 450k,they said they gotta bit off because it had been sold, plus they get 5k John Lewis vouchers, no mortgage payments for 6 months.... but, she is clearly making a lot from YT/insta/ADs,

I think elle does a lot of undeclared ads. The hauls are all ads I would put money on it.
I asked her once and my message was removed 😬

Their tips and advice were bizarre, clearly 2 people who are making EXTREMELY good money from doing close to nothing.
I doubt many their age can afford a house like that.

Elle and Con are first time buyers which means that stamp duty is waived unless the property is over 500k so the fact that they even paid stamp duty leans to the fact that the property is at least half a mil! Fair play to them, it's more than I could afford at that age!

The 'angels/sis' think gets annoying v quick

She has the most bizarre body shape? Not necessarily bad because she's hour glass which I know lots of people will love to be but her figure is really exaggerated. I know she used to be a fitness blogger/influencer, was she the same shape back then?

Did feel massively sorry for her when she asked for a freebie and that hotel outed her/named and shamed. She was just unlucky as I'm such 90% of influencers send similar emails everyday

I wouldn’t call Elle an hourglass, without her fake boobs she was more pear shaped

Even at stage weight her hips were still very prominent

I really like Elle to be honest. I did think that saga with contacting an establishment as an influencer was embarrassing at worst.
I like her and Con.

She has gained quite a bit of weight recently mostly in her hips and I think it’s obvs she’s a bit insecure about it.
