I have qualifications in early childhood development and she’s depriving that poor boy of any social development. He is consistently around the same family members and hardly even alone with his own dad. Children need environments that are enriching and enabling which he does not have. Children learn from taking risks and this is how their self esteem grows. To the average person it doesn’t seem major however I can testify she is hindering her sons abilities and it will effect him in later life. His social skills will be atrocious if not worked on now and his confidence will be rocket low.
He will have no idea how to play along and communicate with others so when starting school his chances of being the resident biter, hitter and antisocial behaviourist are increased. Socialisation, sensory play, risk taking, music and dance and many other aspects go into a child’s development.
You can not try and police a gossip forum. We have every right to judge Yaz’s parenting from what she shows just as we judge Eden for everything she does. People have their own opinions, whether you agree or not is your own problem. I had to return to work full time after 7 months and although I am still riddled with mom guilt the confident my little boy gained from going to childcare and interacting with other children his own age. He is absolutely thriving and has settled into a really good routine and sleeps through. To say these things cannot hinder a child’s development or have effect is concerning if you are qualified however difference of opinion and all that. However Yaz has openly admitted she doesn’t let Wolf leave her side nor does she give him an adequate sleeping pattern or socialisation. All her own admittance.
