Passed her and husband today in a supermarket and she had Romy in the trolley , you know the trolleys that’s have a lay flat seat for infants ?

How sad to be so cheap that you beg/tag brands for freebies. Is there a debt issue? Is that why the whole account is about coining it in and getting freebies discounts AF links. How is this ethical behavior for a doctor? Doctors being sponsored by companies is not good for patients or normal people.
This wannabe “influencer” drives me nuts! Does she think she can con us because she has a medical licence. I initially watched her stories because I believed being a doctor gave her some credibility to talk about skin care! I ended up very disappointed. She only spoke about specific brands that resulted in payment for her!! Other influencers while they can be sponsored will talk about skin care generally and provide different price points. Now she’s moved onto tagging house stuff etc!! It is clear to see everything is for her personal gain, she has no shame. There’s no way I would go to her skin care clinic I wouldn’t trust her opinion tbh. Decide what you are about and stick to it. I agree her fashion sense is appalling, swanning around Brown Thomas in a pandemic when ppl have lost their jobs showing expensive items very distasteful.
I had to comment when I saw this. This one is an absolute dose I can't believe she has 40k+ followers.
She is definitely 38 she was in my school, an absolute pain in the hole and clearly still is.
But what really annoyed me was....I was at an event last year to support a friend in a new skincare venture. Laura rocked up listened then left. A few hours later she was regurgitating everything on her insta stories she had heard and was told at this event......I couldn't believe it, almost passing it off as her own. Then a few weeks later I see she's selling the same skincare on her website wtf!!! She had been recommended a course of treatment too which she did not take up on as it would have cost €€€.
She also tried putting a shout out for phi brows around the same time but obviously no one was offering them for free either. Boils my bloody that kind of carry on.

Laura riding on somebody else’s coattails does not surprise me. This lady had no integrity which is obvious as she tags everything and everyone to gain a freebie. I think she really needs to go to another life coach 
She comes across as a greedy individual and wants her paws in every pot! Are you a doctor or influencer Laura! I love the way she states that the medical council provide no guidance on the use of social media. I follow doctors, nurses and dieticians on IG and they don’t carry on like her with the obvious begging and tagging. Any health professionals I follow understand very well the standards of professionalism and ethics expected and IMO manage those boundaries very well. Using her social media to build a GP practice and skin care clinic is IMO irresponsible. Using her power as a doctor and being perceived as knowledgeable to reel ppl in and spend their hard earn cash with her is unprofessional. Health care professionals become experts in their field and through recommendations/word of mouth build a client base. She is only qualified, has she even worked as a GP? I wouldn’t want to be her guinnea pig. She could be an excellent GP but all HCP need experience in their field. Doing online courses in peels at homes does not make you a skin care expert! The price of the products she is selling on her page

She went back to do medicine as a mature student like I did !( she wasn’t in my class ) but others I know know her and she is 38 ! People on here were saying 32 ! She's a GP. She's not a dermatologist. She's not a plastic surgeon. She's not even an esthetician. Attending some conferences and talks by specialists in dermatology etc does not equal a skin care expert. For someone flat out with the expensive and i mean expensive skincare - she should look 25.. I dont think youd look at her and think WOW I need to ask her what she uses.. Infact i think the opposite...
I think the way she dresses makes her look older too. The stuff she buys is expensive, she would be better off spending it on a stylist and try to be somewhat on trend/relevant. Those sandals she wore in the summer 
Re the skincare I think she's literally just jumped on the bandwagon thinking it's something she can make money from with no real knowledge or even a particular interest in. Is it just a "money maker"?. Like are you a GP, a blogger, or an Aesthetician?
