She posted a picture of her "girlfriend" in one thread. The photo was from a Russian porn site (I reverse searched it on google)



I've posted about DippyDi here before, but I didn't mention the username. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed DippyDi's strange posts, because other posters here were talking about certain DS members.

I remember some of her posts were a bit far fetched , she made posts on DS whilst apparently :
- preparing dinner for in-laws
- drinking champagne in French hotel
- in a traffic jam and the traffic was starting to move

She said weird specific stuff which women wouldn't usually boast about, such as being catcalled by workmen whilst eating a Cornetto in a park.
She was a lesbian, but way she described herself reminded me of a male fantasy of a lesbian.

Another DS member I found odd was Frazer_Young. He also seemed like a troll to me.

I used to love discussing politics on DS but now its just like children having a tantrum over and over. There seems to be no movement forward. People like hisdogspot, smudges dad, richclever and mesostim just post the same thing ever day on repeat. Its like groundhog day it really is

Evidently not homophobic enough for the poster to be banned - shows how bad the moderation is. I thought homophobia was against the terms and conditions, obviously not if you are one of the special posters.

I've just noticed the post was gone but that Bangla is still there posting away. Imagine if anyone else had posted that

I have got no issue with people using the report feature legitimately but there are some who are blatantly using it at the drop of a hat. Tanya for instance has amassed over 100 reports in a matter of months. You don't get a report count that high unless you are very thin skinned or deliberately baiting people to get them banned.

toward the end , i was winding up the mods , i would click report on the same post at least 5 times, then i would just claim i didnt know if it had been received as i got no confirmation

The idea they dont mod it 24 hours is not my problem,so i just spammed the report just to piss them off, they gave me a warning, but then i would have a go at them for warning me when i didnt understand if it had been received etc.. they only answer their favourites quickly anyway , which i also told them

SierraMist and Aurora13 were the same person. Its this kind of thing that killed DS.

I also blame the closure of politics at the door of Corbyn supporters, they made the place utterly toxic. It became a cesspit where anti semitism was allowed. No wonder Hearst made this call. They were probably being threatend with legal action is my guess.

I tried for ages to interact with a couple of extreme posters on the classic soap threads but they actively ignore me unless I make a mistake of any sort, but they happily chat with other posters (who are friendly to everyone). Totally ignorant people.

I've seen that happening lots! The Classic EE thread has become the same 4 people just talking and replying to each other. It's sad, the lockdown meant more people were watching the classic shows, it could have been nice to have new faces join in and stop the hive mind it's become.

I use to enjoy all the tart jokes and Rita drinking jokes on the classic CC thread, it's dull now. Again, the same handful of posters replying to each other with their in jokes.

A real annoyance about Digital Spy is that it takes a while for a thread to get going. A new thread which sounds quite interesting will normally go like this -

That's why I posts less and less there and more and more here. It's like preparing for war every time I visit.

It's the aggression I can't deal with. It's either anger or constant piss taking. I do both but not all day every day!! It's one thing even in politics as that is a very emotive subject but when you get it in every section of the forum it's not fun anymore. I purposely stayed away from the politics forum for that reason but it's infected the whole site.

I do think lockdown has changed things. More people stuck at home with nothing to do apart from be angry at the world and post on forums. Arguing and baiting is how they entertain themselves.

I think she is who she says she is, as far as I know she's been consistent about that. She's still a blatant fantasist though.

Another poster I regularly see being an arse towards other posters is walterwhite. I don't know what his problem is but he is always sneering and having sly digs at people. Perhaps he is living up to his namesake, the character Walter White wasn't very pleasant either.

Another member who used to do my head in was Onionjack.

That seems vaguely familiar.

Who remembers classic threads like ‘Has spiders stop, Farting loudly in a public place and Someone has just taken a shit in my pond’? There is also the amazing ‘creepiest thing that’s ever happened to you’ thread.

I can't remember the last time we had any legendary threads like that. Those days are long gone.
