bulletguy was a pretty cool poster. One of the few who were sane in that place. I think he got banned when he advised another user to not talk about trans issues.

I never liked her due to her general smugness towards things.

She got banned in the end for some reason.

There was a Yank on DS called BrooklynBoy who used to post about interesting stuff. Unfortunately, he stopped posting in about 2016.

I was thinking about this topic, and some of these DS users popped into my head-

Pumping Iron - Was half white British/Chinese and had some interesting stories to tell. I think he ever wound anybody up or got into trouble. He was banned when he simply suggested to another member that discussing Trans related stuff will rile some people up.

Soma - A Muslim who started the 'Viking Muslims' thread amongst others. Would get very snotty if she thought you were calling out anything about Islam. Was'nt banned, but just stopped posting.

UlsterGuy - A hardcore Sectarian Protestant from Belfast. Said some horrible stuff about Women and Homosexuals. Was found to be bullying another Irish user.

I remember Soma from the LBC thread, understandably got very short shrift on there but for some reason was always nice to me, never knew why.

Has anyone ever had trouble when signing up to DS ? I've attempted a few times in the past my accounts have never been activated.

Have you been a member before/banned. They check IPs addresses and the area you are in.

Good god is she still there? I still maintain Tanya is a sweaty incel posting from his mum’s basement, although I should be grateful to her really because if she hadn’t got me banned I’d never have found this place.

I could have written that myself! I always thought the same and I too found myself here after being banned by him/her.

He posted a thread about a return to EastEnders, but didn't realise it was an April Fools' Day joke, and then he posted an article about Beverley Callard's cancer battle. Both those threads got some unnecessarily rude responses to him.

It's funny that Tattle gets hammered in the media but DS never gets a mention. There are/have been some seriously nasty, vile people on there.

I joined there about 2012 ish and had a lot of fun for many years but it changed quite drastically. The moderation is awful and very odd. I stayed well clear of the politics forum as that was just a cesspit (and I enjoy a good political debate) but when that closed the mentalists and bullies on there moved to other threads.

I think a lot went on via DM's to target various posters and get them banned.

And it is (or at least was) a much bigger forum than Tattle has ever been.

Wasn't there a really long running thread that went on for literally years where a forum member asked if how 'real' a couple's relationship was could be proven in a court of law?

I never watched BB much at all so only peeked into the forum a few times but I remember that thread.
