The trouble is people see that she chops and changes her "diet" plan. She's been on the dieting scene for years, happily flouncing her way through them all, then again on repeat cycle.
Until she stops posting to "the people of the world", takes a good long look at herself, writes herself a menu plan, sticks to it when shopping, gets her family (which she says are on board) to not buy her junk, gets some gentle exercise (walking is good Diane & you don't need to do 2 hrs
until you've lost a considerable amount of weight). Take the dog to the park (walking), throw the dog a ball (good for your arms) you don't need to interact with other people.
If you feel you need to 'touch base', do it weekly. There's absolutely no need to do a 10 minute nonsensical video. Say hi, I've eaten well, not binged, taken dog out, lost x pounds. That's it. No more. No one does the exercises with you, they just watch them.
