I have a Canada goose, not the Chelsea, but I have the Montebello. It’s very worth it, keeps you so warm and you can tell it’s such good quality. I know you don’t want the fur, but mine has a fur trim and it’s removable if you didn’t want to wear it. Overall, defo worth it!

Well worth it. I have one, not that style, and it's lasted me over 10 years. You can wear just a tshirt under it and it'll still be so warm.

I've got a list of the ones I like that are 'within budget' for the other half so I'm excited for christmas day now

Yes I have the 'standard' sized Cassie in black , it's a lovely bag and well made , I don't use it much nowadays but that is purely because I have far newer bags, that said it's versatile enough for use at night and daytime . I have black but I really like the chalk one

If they’re comfy can’t you just remove the Hermes logos?

They don't have logos aside from in the footbed but I don't want to wear fake plastic sandals. I've tried to give them away (like listed them for 50p) on Vinted but they were taken down as they're counterfeit. Not sure what else I can do as thinking about it, I don't think the charity shop can take them either.

I have resigned myself that if I want a preloved Alma, it will have some form of issue no matter where I've looked. The monogram ones seem to get completely trashed through time so I'm put off those, eyeing up a black one with handle issues I could twilly tbf. OH why so hard.

Is the monogrammed ones real leather? Was shocked to find out the price of the mini backpacks and then it’s plastic

I recently ordered a Demellier Vancouver bag, I may have been influenced after seeing it all over social media! I know they have gifted their bags to practically every one, which did put me off a bit but finally decided to give it a go because I’ve been wanting something a bit more low key for every day use. I received it and I have to say I’m very underwhelmed. It might just be the colourway I chose but it looked quite cheap and plasticky. It’s a smooth leather, so maybe the grained looks better. Has anyone got one of their bags?
I have a Polene bag also and considering the similar price point, I’d definitely go for a Polene in future.
