My dream purchase would also be a black mini Kelly, gold hardware I really prefer the style of the Kelly’s to the birkin!

For my next bag I was thinking of going for the celine Triomphe in black but I saw someone on insta wearing the YSL solferino satchel and now I’m really drawn to this?! Both similar styles but I do also like the black nano sac de jour!

for my english ladies who have made purchases from french designer brands such as Chanel, ysl and Louis Vuitton in Europe. Is it cheaper than the U.K. (bearing in mind the currency exchange rate)?
I want the goyard gm and a Louis Vuitton bag and will have a mini weekend away in Paris in December so might hold of until then if I can save abit on price.

Yeh it’s cheaper in Paris than UK. I realised though that I didn’t ever get my tax refund on some higher value items but even without that things are typically a few hundred pounds cheaper.

Yes, I bought a Boy bag at Paris CDG in February and it was a lot cheaper! I did pay an exchange rate charge on my credit card though but it was still a saving on the UK price.

I’ve only ever bought LV in 2001 (wish I’d kept hold of it!) and many Mulberry’s.

I feel I’m ready to step up a level and need enabling I have a classic/minimalist style, only wear neutrals, so I’m drawn towards YSL and Chanel rather than more fashion bags.

I do love the padded cassette though!

I’m looking for more investment pieces, so without sounding arrogant, my top budget would be £30k. And I’m also on the lookout for a watch (same budget.)

ETA I know this sounds ridiculous, especially in the current climate!

I’m sure I saw a price range somewhere.. 2k was the cheapest for the tiny bag charms, up to maybe 13k? I hope I haven’t imagined that haha

Neverfull was my first designer bag, about 7 years ago now?? Still love it, still get loads of use out of it and can’t ever see me parting with it! I’m actually considering getting the GM in monogram so I’ve got a bigger one I originally got the MM in Damier ebene.

Do you mean the Lou camera bag? If yes, I have it and it’s a great bag for the price point, it fits a lot and looks really nice. However somethings to be aware of, the leather doesn’t wear particularly well and if you don’t fill it up when you wear cross body, the back starts to sag inwards. I have heard more positive reviews of the Loulou toy and small though.
I have the medium Lily and I love it, needs a little babying to keep its shape, maybe less so for the regular Lily.
I’d love a Neverful, I think it would be so useful. I guess think about the functionality of what you would like the bag for, like for evenings out or every for day use.
