This is just a random depoper who I don’t follow so can’t be bothered to edit out the name but do let me know if I should- Louboutin red soles seem to get trashed so quickly? Don’t think I’ve ever seen a secondhand pair for sale without messed up soles, she says she’s worn these once. Most are worse

Does anyone know if Goyard handbags are sold in Dublin? I don't see a boutique listed on the Goyard website (I'm surprised they even have a website 😅 ) and I know the Brown Thomas website doesn't list every brand they stock.

But if you do go ahead use PayPal goods & services not friends and family. I’m not sure how protected you’d be by that - again I’d worry that they have evidence from eBay authenticators saying it’s a fake so could potentially use that as a way of getting their cash back later down the line.
Thanks, I didn’t think of that part. The whole thing does feel a bit risky.
Either ask for a bank transfer or Paypal friends and family only.
I would make a video of the bag and send to seller so they are 100% sure they’ll be happy with the bag. And make sure you video any “flaws”
Further I would make copies of the Selfridge receipt and send the buyer the originals.
Now if there is an issue you can say tough shit.
Thank you, do you think an in person exchange for cash would be better? I would take my husband with me. I hope I don’t sound crazy, it has just taken me a while to sell this bag, there’s nothing wrong with it so don’t know why.
I have an email receipt from Selfridges, that’s all.
I did purchase myself from Selfridges, so there’s no way it could be fake. I’m pretty outraged at the situation, it’s also not a brand that you see fakes everywhere of eg. Chanel and LV.

I love the Neverfull but I'd maybe go for something like the Longchamp Le Pliage, especially if you're planning on putting kids stuff in it. I try not to baby my bags, but I know I'd be gutted if I got any stains or major marks on the more expensive ones. Le Pliage has served me well over the years, I don't feel guilty about throwing it around and it is a really great price. If you do want to spend over £1k though, can't go wrong with the Neverfull.
Oh I didn’t think of Longchamp. That may not be a bad idea. As you said I wouldn’t be devastated if I marked it. Thanks.

I like the LV iconic and Hermes bangle.

Will the rose gold plate rub off the bangle though? I don't know what material is underneath but might get patches of silver?

Has anyone tried the Hunza G swimsuits? Are they much better quality than the ASOS dupes? 😊
I have a few Hunza G swimsuits and I love them. Very comfortable, any other swimsuit feels very restrictive after wearing one. Super flattering cuts and beautiful colours. I don’t know how they compare with the ASOS ones but the only cons I can find is that the light colours can be see thru and you have to be quite gentle with them as the fabric isn’t massively tough. I’d def recommend though. I plan on buying another for summer.

I have a some money which I inherited and I am being very sensible and saving most of it for our future BUT I decided to buy one really nice piece of jewellery to remember my close relative ....I am clueless and wondered what others might opt for ? Not high fashion more classic ....any tips very welcome
I was looking at a nice Cartier tank watch but have decided on a piece of jewellery instead..
Do you want something you can wear all the time or occasional?

Hi All!
Not sure if this is the right space to ask but here it goes. I've been eying the Large Mizza Book Tote in beige for a while, I don't have a Dior store near me thus have not had one in my hands yet. Last weekend I saw someone with it on my flight. The bag looked weird (for lack of a better word) - bulging at the bottom and some loose threads... I started wondering if they are lacking in quality and not worth the money... Or it has just been heavily used - like overstuffed and dragged around and that's why it looked like that. I'm OK with some signs of use but don't want any loose threads and deformation to appear quickly...

I've always thought this too. The bags are one thing, and she buys a lot of Hermes/Chanel costume jewellery and shoes which I do think is just because of the brand name.
She’s literally a collector of those specific brands

Just wondering does anyone have any Veja trainers? Keep looking at them and I like them even if they are quite simple. Are they comfy and worth the money?
I have exclusively worn Vejas for the last 4 years. So I’m now a bit bored of them, I also hate how they are everywhere now.

But - they are lovely, classic looking and go with everything.

I find certain styles crease easy. I’ve bought 4 pairs of the same colourway 😂. and I also find them hard to clean once dirty.

they do give me blisters at first or if I wear walking about for hours.
