I love that bag 🥲 and my friend had her strap repaired and they took 5 months 
I had a full vachetta replacement and it took about 3 months as they sent the bag to France but it was also mid-covid lockdown. Id always use LV as first port of call thoughThanks so much ladies x

but it’s a sac shopping which has vachetta strips down both sides and piping around the bottom piece, so they had to deconstruct the whole bag and put it all back together, which I presume contributes to the price!It was £580
I think you can just have certain bits changed but the SA never mentioned that to me, I probably wouldn’t have bothered changing the piping if it would’ve saved me a bit of money!

I think changing handles on a speedy is around £280 and neverfull is less than that, so I wouldn’t think a buckle would be too bad! Let us know when you get in to ask
