Holy duck the LV Mini Pochette has gone up from £375 to £515 overnight!!!!!

When I bought it in mid-2020 it was £280 and I was thinking I wanted to buy another eventually - no way! Off my wish list you go.

The Keepall bandouliere macassar 45 which is the remaining item on my wish list has gone up from £1,550 to £1,690

I know!!! I bought it for £220 and if I knew it would go up this much I would have bought two

i can’t imagine spending £515 on a small pouch

I remember in my teens (fair old while ago) seeing bags like Neverfull for £5/600 odd and being like yep ill get a job one day and get that....then by time job life came it kept going up and up. Don't want one now anyway

This is the bag I've got. I got it from the then Vintage Heirloom about 5 years ago. My first ever proper designer bag and it's the only one I couldn't ever part with lol

the crazy thing is, even though they’re increasing prices, these things are never in stock!!! Like at least make them available and easy to buy if you’re going to up the price!

Even the little key pouches are £230+ depending on style! And also always OOS.

I was so drawn to my bag and I'm a proper pink bag girl aswell so red isn't my colour but something just went BUY ME. I just got a refund from service charges from when I was a shared owner so that's paid for my new key pouch. My only worry is that it has silver hardwear/inside writing but the others I've googled are gold. I'm a worrier hahaha

Yeah and they’re just tiny canvas pieces! If I sold my mini pochette and my pochette accessoire I could probably fund a bag but I love them too much.

I know! It's madness but here we are...Still lured in hahaha

I know I was just more worried about authenticity when I couldn't find one that looked similar. Seller has sold other LV bits before, no negative feedback and also found the serial code for me when I asked as I know how tricky they are to find, especially on the epi goods - I still couldn't find mine again without googling lol

Yep fits cards and keys with room to spare! I use mine as a little emergency bag with tampons, pads, perfume, plasters, medication, lip balm etc

The price increase is just bleeping me off now like if the bag was priced at £1000 last week you obviously thought that’s what it was worth now you want me to pay £1500 (for example) for a bag that’s worth £500 less? Get in the bin.

My daughter wanted a neverfull for her holidays with they money she’s been saving we were going to put £200 towards and it she would have had enough and omg now the price increase she’s so disappointed.

Addicted2Handbags has one ‘coming soon’ on her insta stories I just saw & it looks brand new. Idk whether your daughter would be interested but it might be worth a look…

It’s bloody insane . Of course high end pieces are always going to be a special treat/celebrate a big life event for a lot of people who buy them and then there’s the desired clients. Me and my husband aren’t from money we’ve worked our arses off to get to where we are now. I love luxury items but these price increases are becoming eye watering🥲. Cost of living is rising in every area and I feel guilty complaining about the rise in designer goods when some people will struggle to keep their children warm .
