Chanel really is so hit and miss. I just can’t get over the price increase

. I’m hoping to go and pick my Kelly up this weekend something I’ve been dreaming of owning for sooooo very long. I have quite a few Chanel bags but I will not be in any rush to buy a new Chanel bag in the near future. that's so tit that they wouldn't do anything for you! they can't charge ridiculous prices without having impeccable service and they've got some of the worst service ever.
Yeah, told me it was wear and tear. Had the bag around 4 months and babied it, I think they realised it wasn't going to be a straight repair and they'd possibly have to replace. I got it sorted myself and I've had no further issues but I know others had the same fault mine did. The leather started to come away on the chain of my jumbo too but I'd had it years.
I’ve got 2 st Louis, one in each size. I love them, and the staff in the Mount street store are nice too

I love everything about this except the oblique inner I’m just not a fan of that pattern but I could probably overlook it, I just love wicker.I haven’t caught up yet but I can’t stop looking at this bag. It’s screaming summerrr

I second Love Shack Fancy, I got a beautiful wool jumper in the sale from them and the designs are very similar. I love Zimmermann too but think the quality isn’t the same recently.

Tough one as I love their shapes and don’t think there’s been a print I haven’t loved but I know what you mean so I tend to only buy Zimmerman in the sale now. Try looking at smaller independent brands though, Vita Grace did a white pair of linen shorts last summer that were very similar fit to the Zimmerman super eight and the quality on par with the price point, I think around £80 but I’ve had them in the washing machine as well as dry cleaned. Love Shack fancy is nice but wouldn’t be an alternative for me personally, too cutesy for my personal style

Celine Triomphe in black for me. Was hoping for a Chanel classic flap but it’s just a no go now, don’t think I’ll ever buy chanel new. I love so much YSL right now, the tweed is gorge!
