I've just given myself a headache trying to parse this
(a) 'we strongly believe that the BBC have used a post of the noose with a picture of Joyce'
well no. They showed you the picture that was posted of you and Joyce, alongside the post about the suicide rescue. They then showed you a separate post you made of the noose, referring to the same story.
(b) 'we also have proof that these individuals have been working with the both journalists'
well done Sherlock, that's not up for debate
(c) 'the BBC have only shown 2 photos, one of Joyce with her face covered and the noose picture, without any of the other photos of Joyce that were shown in the article'
i) see (a)
ii) but also, not true, at two points in the film they showed multiple posts using the original picture of James and Joyce against all the other posts about her, and then the post alongside the suicide story with the photo of Joyce with her face covered
iii) but also, if they were shown with the article that reports on the film, then the BBC have shown them. But they'd shown them anyway, because they were in the film
