I never predicted the BBC expose or him finally being exposed nationally for what he did so I held off sharing these. But this is my complaint to the CIC regulator (I’ve not included some of the annexes and it’s just stuff like the BIONIC ARM and the electric wheelchair and Asda shops).

But I hope this played a part in any CIC regulator investigation.

I think Joyce’s photo and the “is it ok if I have a husband” man are in here, inadvertently. I sent all of this to the regulator uncensored. But censored to protect dignity for here.

2020 James Anderson is something else.

Is the bit where Jesus gets his Facebook account restricted in the old or the new testament? I must have missed it.

I've never been to Burnley so maybe it really is a lovecraftian hellscape but I am incredibly uneasy about the zero context given to the (plural!) foetuses which are apparently coming out of the drains and into people's gardens. Archive

Wow well done. I bet this helped a lot. It would be inconceivable they could not take this seriously.

On a lighter note I found this amusing 😂

I know I get a bit tradey, but I really am delighted he can't work anymore. Some of the work was dangerous. I remember that picture of him doing and flue analysing test and had stuffed it with insulation.
No longer a danger working. Let the criminal grift keep being laid bare. Hopefully he can't hurt anyone again.
Happy days

I have held back on commenting for a while, purely to see how James would respond. It was as we all suspected I see.

I have said this from the start - James is not a chancer, grifter, he is not a Simon Harris. He is a dangerous conman. Nothing will stop him and we have seen that in his response over the last few days. This man is dangerous and I hope he faces serious consequences for this, if nothing else as a deterrent for others but I fear even prison wouldn’t stop James.

I hate to break it to James, but even if the BBC “wanted them evicted” from the infamous house that James/Depher bought, that isn’t actually a heartless act. He relies on people becoming so uncomfortable and concerned with what others think of them that they won’t question that, you cannot just use public funds to buy houses for family members just because they have cancer. It is basic, simple yet effective manipulation and I’m not here to play that game. He shouldn’t have bought that house. It’s all wrong.

Let us also take away the obvious bullshit and problems with making this property available for someone experiencing DA, you can’t just set that up. It needs to be regulated. It needs a registered manager. As this property is allegedly owned by Depher, he cannot just put someone in there, particularly vulnerable people. He cannot be trusted with anyone vulnerable. As someone mentioned above; the house isn’t safe because everyone knows the location.

There are real victims of James and his narcissistic behaviour and not just the obvious ones. He is also so incredibly thick that it is painful to witness at times.

I really hope this doesn’t blow over but the danger he rides the wave and comes out of the other end. It really is in the charity commission to follow up on this and I will be continuing to contact them for updates. This thread isn’t my usual guilty pleasure, this thread had caused me significant upset and worry with its contents because this is dangerous.

Ofcom, 20 years young, who has #cancer, a #stoma, #gangrene and #leprosy, rang him up to personally tell him about the #1000 complaints they have received. They didn't #believe a single one and are #humbled by the #work #dephercphphcdecphercic do. They cried together on the phone, it was a very emotional time.

I probably don't have the full picture of what went down between Depher and BWC but I think I understand most of it. That they were calling him out early on and he went after them in an unhinged and aggressive manner that was blatantly tinged with racism. He also made false allegations that some of these women travelled to Burnley and damaged his store, which was not true.

I can understand these women have been badly treated and are now hyper-sensitive to anything to do with Anderson. I hope they get to tell their story because it's another important angle on this mess -- that Anderson is a bigot who has attacked people on the basis of race, as well as being particularly nasty about disabled people.

From my point of view, I think it was the correct editorial judgement for the BBC team to focus initially on the data breaches and exploitation of Depher's vulnerable clients. Because that gets to the heart of the problems with how this business has been operated and funded.

The BWC women and the other Twitterers who have been calling him out, as great personal cost in some instances, have done so much hard graft on this and they do deserve to be heard and credited for this unpleasant task. Perhaps this will come out in future coverage in the press. Fingers crossed.

Gas Safe are well aware of this and his work and are already investigating and are mightily pissed off. The rebuttal to his statement about him overseeing non apprentice working has scuppered him. His tittle is down to ' Britain's '

I’ve mentioned on here before but my background is legal and a portion of my corporate days were spent in fraud, specifically around investigating individuals in various settings. The two categories, broadly, tended to be the stupid or the psychopathic. So incapable of doing things properly and mess up, or purposely do it but there is a specific game plan. Then you have the rare few; the absolute True Con Man. There is no logic, it becomes more reckless, there are several motivations on the go and crucially - they will not stop and are a million times harder to pin down. There seems to be some sort of perverse joy in the whole thing for them, and massively compulsive behaviour. This is why I have always been so resolute in the con man argument with James. I have met his sort before and they are bloody terrifying when let loose, as we have seen repeatedly.

The reality is that without a specialist team (I can only hope Lancs Police have a good one), and a bloody determined lead investigator, justice will not be done. This absolutely needs looking at as a serious criminal matter and I wouldn’t be surprised if he is being talked about by the Vulnerable Adults Team in the local authority. He targets vulnerable people and had admittedly taken money he shouldn’t. He is a bloody crook.

And just as a side note, whilst I remember, as my fella made a good, basic point whilst I was getting enraged by the details - if James loves Depher so much, if he cares so much about the work - why wouldn’t he just step away completely? He has completely poisoned the well and it gets worse the longer he stays. No shame at all.

Here we are, trolls - new thread. @Lobster Johnson well done for coming up with the thread title. As a prize, you get to stroke Babs' lizard whilst sitting in the COVID memorial garden.

Someone better than me can do a recap. it's all gone off on thread 4.

In short, James Anderson got a higher billing on the national news, than an attempted political assassination.

For newcomers, we welcome you - i'd advise going back to the start, you'll fly through the threads and be wondering:
is it ok if i have a husband?
why are the cancer rates so high in Burnley?
Unfortunately these are questions only one man can answer.

Link to the old thread is here:
TL/DR? it was this...

buckle in, we're expecting this to be a bumpy ride.

Today's Ofcom report for last week's programmes:

So the 'multiple complaints' James keeps wanging on about must be his own then?
