Mine was delivered to head office 2 weeks ago. I've emailed every day since with no reply. I've also messaged Denise on her insta and she jus says she'll look into it. Customer service is shocking. I dont even want a replacement now but they're within their rights to only offer a credit note. Ill see tomorrow but if I hear nothing back I'm gonna start getting tetchy in my emails.
They have to offer a replacement within a certain timframe so may be worth arguing that you couldn’t wait any longer and you needed a replacement and push for a refund.

It’s says on there website now that it’s only hairdryers with no batch number on it yesterday there was a batch code I’m confused

Is Erin not doing the jewellery range anymore? She doesn’t seem to have it on her page or wear it anymore.
I know it was only rubbish, the crystal stones where no more real, just coloured glass 🤣
