Personally I have lost 9 stone and now I am 9 stone 7lbs and I remember what I looked like when I was 13 stone we are practically there same hight and she has to be at least 15-16 stone!
I think the issue with a lot of vegan replacements is that they can be high calorie and high carb, and she probably isn't even aware of how badly she's eating because she thinks vegan automatically means healthy, when that's not the case every timeI thought this might be an exaggeration so I put it in to my fitness Pal and omg..

Yes, she did lose some weight indeed but I believe she for some reason lied about her initial weight, at my heaviest I was nearly 16st and I’m 5’2.5 so around Demi’s height and dare I say shorter
and I looked smaller than her at her highest weight.
She put make up on for to days running

I don't think I'm the same height as her but close and I've put on a stone and a half since the first lockdown and my current weight compared to what she says hers is gets me down a little ~thankfully I know she's lying cause there is no way she weighs that much, it's definitely more.
With Christmas out of the way I'm finally doing something about it. I'm determined to come out of this lockdown with a hot bod, plus I can't keep lying to myself that I'm a size 10-12 anymore, I'm living in joggers and having to squeeze into most things. I refuse buy a bigger size for my comfort and allow myself to get larger.

Totally agree lying about weight and sizes is literally damaging and wrong. Buttt you definitely can’t compare how you looked at a certain weight compared to someone else, it’s so dependent on multiple factors. You could weigh the same as a body builder and clearly you’d look very different. Saying that, it is obvious that she lies, and I don’t understand why she isn’t just private about anything weight related because the lies are pointless and goes against the body positivity
