I was wondering about the butter too, no need for it in peas?! Totally agree about the dog, not a chance in hell I would let it near kids, even if he does seem to be soft, as you say they can turn at anytime. When I heard about the woman in Kirkdale, the first thing I thought of was Dee 🙈.
I can understand that New York isn’t really the place for a two year old but I think two weeks is a bit long to be leaving her, each to their own I suppose. She’ll tit herself spending two weeks in New York, it’s gone super expensive!
Exactly new york isn't really for a 2 year old but they could have gone to Disney or something with her, I mean I'm all for weekends away without the kids haha but full blown 4 grand holiday I think is a lil selfish.

Is there enough to even do in New York for two weeks? I’m going next year for 5 days 😂😂 been told that 5-7 days is plenty!

Why would you not want to holiday with your child as a family instead? Her outfit of the days looks like something I’d wear to bed, not sure if she’s being ironic. Her food shop was also shocking - an entire trolley filled with sugary, processed crap and not a single piece of fresh fruit or veg. The poor kid must be getting zero nutrients… just 5 bags of frozen cheesy hash browns.

Ooh mixy mixy is rattled, secretly she's pleased she has a thread. I didn't actually mind her when she 1st popped up but it's the constant moany, ranty aggressive I can't be doing with. Always coming across like she has a huge chip on her shoulder. Most people do a freezer tea once in a while but every night when you're not going out to work and your kid is in nursery is just pure lazy. Infact in the beginning she was showing loads of slow cooker meals but now unless it goes in that minging air fryer it's not happening.

I actually quite like her to be honest I think she has seems to have lost a self in motherhood and wings it, which is perfectly fine. Although someone close to her should probably tell her that the diet she feeds her child is not balanced or healthy or nutritious whatsoever. My daughter is also fussy but you have to draw the line somewhere. When I first started watching her she would never feed Ivy a hot meal or never put milk in her cereal and then wonder why she wouldn't eat anything, she would literally just feed her random tit out of the cupboard throw it on a plate and call it a meal. Instead of giving her a nice hot meal. Don't get me wrong sometimes all of us can't be arsed cooking but you can't blame Ivy for not even cold dry bland food that doesn't even go together

We call them golden dinners in my family, and happen on occasion. I’m disabled and find time and energy to cook from scratch most days.
She’s lazy and does the bare minimum whenever possible, who leaves their little child for two weeks to go on holiday? She could’ve taken her to Disney land for god sake, and don’t get me started on that dog!

Yeah that’s true, if you’re spending that much on a big holiday why not do it as a family?! When mine were little the maximum we did was a weekend, I don’t think 8 could have left them for any longer. It is odd really

We went for 6 nights and it was more than enough, it was an amazing holiday but exhausting! It’s not really the type of place to go for two weeks unless you’re visiting someone or something like that.

Am I the only one who finds it weird going out to eat and having your child sit there without a meal?

Good on you! Dee just seems to want to use being a mum as an excuse when infact it should be a reason to try harder.

I like Dee too. Some of her food choices look a bit random but then I’m not eating it. As for Ivy going to nursery - it’s got nothing to do with whether Dee works or not, nursery is important to help socialise your child and to help educate your child.
At the end of the day we only see snippets of her life so it’s ridiculous to make assumptions based on a few seconds of a video.

I think being away from your 2 year old for 2 weeks is absolutely ridiculous

I am a stay at home parent, I do send my daughter (she’s 2) to a daycare place for 5 hours per week. She’s an only child so I like to have her going there for even those few hours to help her socialise. When she’s there though I bulk cook meals.. not sure why Dee can’t do the same, even one bulk cook in a week would be better than chicken nuggets and chips.

Also the new York thing.. I get it, kind of. Ivy is probably too little for New York, but why do they have to go and leave her behind. £4K would get them a really lovely family holiday, plus better do do it now before she’s in school - just my thoughts. Not sure why you need to do 2 weeks in new york. I couldn’t leave my daughter for 2 weeks and I don’t know many that could! I’m having a night away on Sunday for a sports match and while I’m excited I am dreading leaving her and its only 1 night haha

Yes but just because you couldn’t leave your child behind for 2 weeks, doesn’t mean that others can / would not. Just playing devils advocate here.

its not a normal motherly instinct to WANT to be away from your toddler for 2 weeks, when they don’t understand where you’ve went. you cant be a mum, as then you’d see how wrong it is.

What if something went wrong? She’s miles away with no way home. 2 weeks is a long time to be away from your own child and as a mother, it would not feel natural to me at all and I definitely wouldn’t enjoy my time away

I can't lie use are bare embarrassing!
Bashing a mum.. for what?
Why do you care so much what she does with her money?
Why do you care so much what she feeds her child?
Are you jealous of her going to new York?
Use say use are from Liverpool but I swear proper scousers don't act like this.
Moaning about her putting butter in the veg... are use okay? Like actually?
Give your heads a wobble and look after your own.

It’s just as obsessive coming on here to defend someone. There’s rave threads for that exact reason 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm a "proper" scouser and I'm not jelous one iota

I don't feed my child shite and putting a big chod of butter in veg defies the bleeping point of healthy veg 🤔 does it not

I'm also not jelous she's abandoning her kid to duck of to nyc for 2 weeks, I went to nyc in 2019 and guess what? I took my kid!

Where dee's concerned there's absolutely duck all to be jelous of haha

Also this is a gossip thread, we gossip get over it!!

I don’t see why she’s getting a hard time for putting her daughter into nursery. Whether you work or not, nursery is an important part of a child’s life, building social skills and being able to engage with children her own age.
