The keto powder is making me really thirsty tho. Is that normal? Anyone else experiencing that?

It’s not something I’ve noticed. And I take it before I train and I don’t crave more water.

How much are you taking in a coffee?

I’ve been using her products for a while & read her books.
I swear by the keto coffee with collagen & mct in the morning , I also put the collagen into my sons meals & it’s undetectable (a spoon full in scrambled eggs in the morning is unnoticeable) . I use her calm tablets which I swear do help me relax .
A lot of things she says in her books totally make sense 👍

Her late mother left the Spanish house to her. She does have a relationship with her dad. Lives clitheroe way.

Relaxing as in anxiety way do you mean?

Depends on what you want to achieve- if it’s getting off glucose /sugar / ultra processed food then keto and collagen are the way to go.
If you follow her she’s done a reset on her insta about taking collagen and keto powder in coffee and taking that while you intermittent fast until after lunch, have some scrambled eggs then at dinner have protein and good fats.
Stay away from biscuits bread cake etc and just take keto powder and collagen in coffee . That’s the simplistic explaination there’s loads of info on her insta.
She recommends taking her calm tablets which help produce GABA, to relax.
Her books get good reviews

I really recommend reading her latest book especially if you’re suspecting you are perimenopausal.

calm - is her supplement if you feel anxious (I don’t take her supplement but I do use L-the anine the main ingredient which I find helps me).

collagen - I take this because, I’ve been taking collagen for ages and hers is the best I’ve found. It’s improved my hair, skin, gut and nails

keto powder - hers is the perfect creamer in a coffee so you can use it in intermittent fasting and it helps stop the carb cravings.

it really depends what you would like to achieve.

I can’t comment on the other products as I’m not taking them.

Another day of using “the basics” as she calls them in coffee and zero cravings for junk, I love my morning coffee with keto powder and collagen . I had a keto cup of tea at 6pm to stop my usual evening of snacking in front of the tv and it worked a treat.
I don't like coffee so that's out and I never drink tea but it's OK, so I could probably have a go.

Was your tea milky? I like things to taste sweet and on the very rare occasion that I drink tea, I have a sugar in it so I know I can't do that! 🙈

Anyone on here have a keto/collagen hot chocolate and if so, how do you make a healthy one please? I am useless with all this stuff and just drink Cadbury's Instant hot chocolate usually 😩

You can use stevia to sweeten your tea.

I've ordered keto and collagen. Cbd tea I use for anxiety and sleep works well.

I’m really interested in her hormone supplements but it’s a bit annoying having to get GP input
 
So am I right in thinking I can add the collagen to my morning coffee (which I definitely need before I can function on a morning!)

That's correct. I have the keto powder with my morning coffee and Collagen with my mid morning latte.
