She doesn’t even look that lean anymore, compared to that before and after image she always uses to sell her products. You can tell her body is inflamed… and it’s no doubt from all that unnecessary oil and cream Etc.

she wraps her arms in cling film coated in coffee granules and MCT oil….Surely that’s a red flag there! Why not just have a decent diet that isn’t loaded with soooo much large (yes you need healthy fats but no way near the amount she claims to have!) and actually weight train your arms properly

Her whole life seems ruled by supplements, protocols and an obsession over what is in everything. Does she ever just let her hair down and eat what she wants for dinner on a Saturday night without planning what powders etc she must take? It must be exhausting (and expensive!)

No - not at all. She shared a story the other night where they all went out to local area, looked really bustling with families etc. She was eating a slice of pizza ( unusual, but normal for us folk) swiftly followed by a comment like - im in the gym tomorrow or words to that affect. Shes insuferable. What must the kids think! Its too much.

There is def science in some of what she says- there are studies going on at the moment with MCT oil- however she takes it too far with her pill for every single potential ailment.
Everything in moderation- even moderation.

God thats awful. But a perfect example of why these so called celebs/ influencers should not be promoting stuff like this. She is literally obsessed. Nearly every other story, shes necking some powder or summat. Not a safe example in my eyes.

You can see it getting ridiculous when she has so many coffees that she then has to take another supplement to reduce the jitters she gets from the caffeine. Perhaps just don’t have some much coffee and just EAT something instead

Eeek I’m gonna go left field again here but, her products are AMAZING. She can be a maniac as she puts it herself but, there absolutely truth in her products. Especially the MCT oil which if you read the latest trials for Alzheimer’s, you’ll see they’re trialling mct oil for its huge benefits to brain health. I take her Collagen and KETO powder too and feel amazing! Zero brain fog, more energy and as a result of fewer cravings, I’ve lost weight which makes me feel better. I do eat a pizza every so often, so what. But so does Davinia. I get she’s a pain in the a but I’m living proof that what she preaches is doing good for lots of women.

I’m shocked !. Her dad was known by one of my family and her dad did quite well for himself manufacturing. He had plenty of ££££ yet her story today shows a very ordinary home with a crap front door, Tiny hall , her garden is a patch of rough grass , no landscaping and no flowers shrubs etc .

Did she fall out with the dad and he cut her off or what? Have the family hit harder times?

I can’t stand her accent , she comes across as “very rough” .

Agree with the person above who said she’s selling products of the photos which are two extremes. She did a “bro” workout and a bikini contest diet /plan to get like she was which isn’t sustainable. Now she looks nothing like

I’ve no doubt she gets a tidy sum from the ex, very feminine, hubby for their eldest son and yea, she prob was given the Spanish Villa by daddy but she’s renting it out which is a smart move. Her U.K. house isn’t that bad. If she were prancing around in a London townhouse with the bling then people would complain too.

Why would people complain if she lived in a townhouse?! And why would she receive money from her ex when he was granted full custody?

My point was, if you read, that no matter what house she’s living in, people would still find something to complain about. Maybe she didn’t receive money from the ex. Maybe she did. Who knows what was agreed by the courts unless you have that sort of information to share with everyone?
