Has to be a culling, I wonder why you would be so afraid of whats in your private group being exposed?

Is it copyright because you're the best in the world.

Ill hazard a guess

Oh and I thought this TT account looked familiar
“Add” spelled wrong, of course.
I don’t recall a single post from this moron that didn’t have at least one (and usually more) errors.

Just had a message from an 80/20 member who’s experiencing some life struggles atm. Depression and anxiety is causing more chaos.

I wanted to share my reply with her. I feel it could help others on their journey…

She asked (and I’m paraphrasing) “how do I fix this Dan?”

“Learn about it all mate. Just self education buddy. Get a pen and paper. Get on Google. Watch a load of YouTube videos. Maybe even do an online course or two about human behaviour/understanding emotions and maybe even join an online community that specialises on teaching their members mindset education…. Now, where could you find something like that? 😜

Mate, 80/20 is all about self reflection and identifying trauma. Everyone’s trauma is self internalised. We mould ourselves around our behaviour. If we suffer from things like depression, anxiety etc then these conditions can change how we behave. These behaviours then get defined to us from other peoples judgment of us.

For example.

If you’ve just identified that you can be a bit moody sometimes, then people will, or could, perceive that as negative. Meaning they drift away from you. Meaning you become more depressed. Meaning you become more “moody”. Meaning people drift further and faster.

The first point of change is identifying that maybe, just maybe, we haven’t been helping ourselves as much as we could have and if we focus on healing ourselves, then life just gets better mate.

You’ve been through hell mate. It’s painful. It hurts. It’s life. And life is cruel.

Which is all the more reason to “tool” up and get some armour. Find a good swordsmith (😉) and learn how to fight.

And mate… if it feels like a fight, then it’s a fight!

Let’s win 👊

(Hope this has helped mate)”

On his BFNG page - helpful how??? Basically telling them they're moody and to fight it by googling and watching YouTube videos. No wonder he's still so fucked up!!
Looks like medical advice today

Sorry accidentally pressed quote and can't figure out how to cancel 🤦‍♀️ anyway while im here... I cant find the words for how awful this post is. Just the fact he's trying to sell his scam based on someone's vulnerability. It's awful.

But.. but..Harold Shipman
I forgot, we should write off a profession of millions over the acts of one of them.

Does that go for the "profession" of unqualified coaches/PTs/self-proclaimed-demigods? But...but...Whanker! 🤣

Considering he’s been in therapy for 12 yrs (supposedly) you’d think he’d have a better understanding of how to talk to someone who is struggling. He might as well have just said “it’s probably your fault, man up and look on the bright side” because that’s the message he gave her. So sad.

He’s acted like an absolute immature teenager this week over his power cut yet he thinks he can give life advice out to other people and tell them what they should be doing.

He should have moved them all to a B&B for the night and then he could have carried on working instead of just whinging like a petulant child.

Not once have I seen them discuss nutrition, mindset or movement
Same. Complete waste of time for anyone genuinely looking for legitimate information. Very hard to imagine who is watching at this point, except those of us who can’t look away from the crash.

I am absolutely perplexed as to how he could possibly think this a positive and helpful reply,
AND a positive selling point for him and his "plan" - to paste it on BFNG ?
he thinks this makes him look good ??????
Is he really THAT THICK and unaware ?? ..... unfortunately the answer is yes
Most definitely not someone who should be giving out advice. EVER

Divide by 2. Add 5. Minus 50 and you get 8008LE55 🤣. Not really, you get a much more likely Academy figure
Yeah, can't be more than a couple dozen paying members at this point. Max!

Look at this garbage. He is posting about exercise to reduce breast size?! What a pathetic attempt to "beat the algorithm", since surely as an all-knowing and experienced PT he knows targeted loss is impossible.

I saw that James Smith has done a podcast with Steven Bartlett that came out yesterday.
I quite liked it, I know not everyone here is a fan; but he said something interesting (that they have used in the highlights on the YouTube at the beginning) in his opinion a PT should be like a driving instructor, they should not exist in your life 6 months later and then says - I quote - "why is it so acceptable for people to invest money in to fitness professionals and to still be there 3 years later" - I feel he makes a good point!

Maybe the Steves should give it a listen??! After all DW sees himself on a par with James Smith doesn't he - maybe they could also ponder on the fact that JS is on a podcast this week that has attracted very high profile guests. Meanwhile, the guy that they are paying to help them, who claims to be the best in the world at what he does is doing a live from a carpark in Sussex because whilst he is prepared for a zombie apocolypse, he isn't prepared for the electricity to be down; despite having his entire livlelihood online .

Did Kaz do her makeup in the dark today? looks like she fell face 1st into the blusher! 😳

Nothing interesting live as yet, playing someone else's video talking about panic attacks (copyright infringement? ) as Kaz had one driving across a Bridge in the storm on her way to her true love...

As others have said, why does Kaz even have to be there in person? Aren't we in the era of remote work? A crappy amateur "podcast" like this would seem ideal for a remote feed, saving her all that time, money, and anxiety.

Breaking news gang ….quickly …jump on the best show in the world now (prob universe to be fair I’ll say it as chief turnip always so understates it) the eminent leading historian and European conflict specialist Dopey Sean is providing an exclusive commentary on the Ukrainian invasion as we speak!
Edit…..sorry gang false alarm we only had 5 seconds for the most important news story in potentially 70 years…Dan needed to discuss the power going down again over the weekend you see. It was vital they shared that with the one watching person on Facebook then (spoiler gang that person was me)

I saw that too, thought is was very interesting. I'm not a James Smith fan but what he said makes absolute sense.
