Wow yet another of his endless vague infections. For a supposedly strong young man promoting a health and fitness lifestyle, this guy sure does have more than his share of maladies!

And Kaz still worked, drove 4 hours in a storm to sit in his girlfriends living room to chat shit with him and get snapped at, despite having what he supposedly caught off her! He's such a wimp!

If I were in the Academy I would be furious that he’s broken all his promises of what he was going to do for them all. There has been no new content filmed that is quicker to watch, no cooking, no YouTube vids, no walking, no reading with him and more importantly absolutely none of the 12 Steps that he promised he was doing weekly, with them to hold him accountable. It’s just the same old pattern over and over again.

That's what I can't understand. Why are paying customers not kicking off??

Just had a message from an 80/20 member who’s experiencing some life struggles atm. Depression and anxiety is causing more chaos.

I wanted to share my reply with her. I feel it could help others on their journey…

She asked (and I’m paraphrasing) “how do I fix this Dan?”

“Learn about it all mate. Just self education buddy. Get a pen and paper. Get on Google. Watch a load of YouTube videos. Maybe even do an online course or two about human behaviour/understanding emotions and maybe even join an online community that specialises on teaching their members mindset education…. Now, where could you find something like that?

Mate, 80/20 is all about self reflection and identifying trauma. Everyone’s trauma is self internalised. We mould ourselves around our behaviour. If we suffer from things like depression, anxiety etc then these conditions can change how we behave. These behaviours then get defined to us from other peoples judgment of us.

For example.

If you’ve just identified that you can be a bit moody sometimes, then people will, or could, perceive that as negative. Meaning they drift away from you. Meaning you become more depressed. Meaning you become more “moody”. Meaning people drift further and faster.

The first point of change is identifying that maybe, just maybe, we haven’t been helping ourselves as much as we could have and if we focus on healing ourselves, then life just gets better mate.

You’ve been through hell mate. It’s painful. It hurts. It’s life. And life is cruel.

Which is all the more reason to “tool” up and get some armour. Find a good swordsmith () and learn how to fight.

And mate… if it feels like a fight, then it’s a fight!

Watched about three minutes this morning and yet again he’s done no proper research. So it’s supposedly all about Bariatric Surgery today so you would have hoped he’d have some information, but no. Kaz mentions James Argent, he’s lost a staggering amount of weight since having a sleeve gastrectomy (removal of stomach, usually 1/2 a 2/3) and now says he wants to start building muscle. Oh no says the two turnips he didn’t think this through, he can’t gain muscle because he can’t eat enough protein or carbs and the only way he can do this is to have his band removed. Firstly it’s entirely possible to build muscle after surgery, not as easy but definitely possible and secondly he can’t have his band removed because he didn’t have one to start with! If you’re going to pass judgement on something at least get your facts correct to start with! Oh and apparently he wasn’t that fat to start with, and he was just looking for a quick fix , neither of which is true. They were like a pair of nodding dogs agreeing with each other all the time. How anyone can stomach four hours of this bollocks is beyond me, this pair can’t even google properly.

I'm with you guys! Just like him trying to court controversy with Hilsborough etc.... he's literally trying everything to get traction
