Never mind the recipe. It was the fact he was basting his steak with burnt butter! . The knob of butter was far too large which meant by the time it was all melted and he was able to baste, it was burnt. You would think someone who has launched a global cooking show would know to cut the butter smaller so it melts faster and you add it just before you’re ready to remove the steak from the pan. Christ.

Well, we have Thai green curry, but he’s tried to make the recipe his own by removing some of the ingredients that make it a true Thai green curry. No lemongrass, no ginger, no Thai basil leaves, no lime leaves, nothing of its actual Thai green curry taste, just the curry paste. It’s really nothing more than one of the boxed kits you can buy. I’ve been following this guy for a while and loved his stuff at first but it’s all got a bit me me me! He needs to get back to his roots and do the stuff he did at the beginning and less of the designer gear and bragging. I hope this alleged stuff from his past has been lessons learnt and won’t be repeated regarding previous business dealings. From what I’ve seen the young lass working for him is just doing her job. Only been there a few weeks and an intelligent girl by all accounts, don’t think she should be slagged off just because he’s been a dick. If he’s reading this then she will be too. Thanks to everyone above for your support. It means a lot. I instantly recognised his language pattern from the post. He is a seriously nasty piece of stuff. I am so happy he’s been rumbled with Niamh leaving, his brands dropping him and the word getting out about the type of person he is. The reason he got so aggressive when he was on here as “rad1cal” is it is driving him crazy that when you Google ‘Dad the Dish’ his Tattle thread is the second site listed (after his own website). For that very reason we need to keep this thread going - no matter how many fake abusive profiles he creates.
