The day she said she was starting it she was drinking again I don’t know if it’s just me that finds it completely unnecessary to drink daily. Call me boring, I enjoy a drink on occasion and during lockdown have been more inclined to have a drink on a Friday or Saturday but literally every day she’s on it and she starts pretty early

Alcohol is the worst thing you can self medicate with. My husband did until I gave him an ultimatum, he is so much better no drinking and on his medication. He's lapse a little recently and it infuriates me so much how she behaves. She does not have anxiety, she is just a lazy slob who will use any excuse for staying at home and ordering clothes online.
