Can unequivocally say every major bank in the UK will have the strictest of social media policies. She’ll be held to higher standards as well because she’s in the financial security side of the business as well so should be regularly credit checked and will receive annual testing on social media usage. This will fall under gross misconduct as shes “bringing the company into disrepute” with her online persona and behaviour. She’s been smart in not promoting where she works but if you do manage to find her workplace and raise it with them they will have absolutely no choice but to take it seriously.
She’s protected under the DDA because of her mental health disclosures so would imagine she’d use that to mitigate but they’d issue her a stage one or two warning and would potentially put their special investigations team on her social media for regular checking.
Couldn’t happen to a nicer person tbh!!
The disclosure of your name and Instagram handle would class as a data breach as any personal information (that allows you to be indemnified) without your permission.
Report the company to the ICO.
