2.) had multiple people staying in the property that were not on the lease and not vetted by the owner
3.) was sub-letting against conditions of the lease b/c she can’t afford the rent

The previous flatmate situation is strange. She posted on September 15 (thanks tattle for keeping receipts!) she was after a dog sitter. So whose dog is the exflatmate posting pics of so recently? And if crystal did know things turned to tit that long ago why is she making out she only just now realises she left her house with the wrong people. She didn’t need the money, just wanted the flatmate experience … while she’s on the road all the time? Just wanted to live with other women but is never home to actually experience the flatmates?

Also, she’s almost 40 yrs old and has 2 kids and all she does is yammer on about supposedly wanting to create a tranquil and secure home for them. Then turns around and moves in girls in their early 20s who do nothing but party all the time and post thirst traps and she has nothing in common with? (Except for maybe a drug dealer, but that’s just speculation)

She is shockingly dumb if she thinks any of this sounds believable. She‘s fooling no one - she overextended herself by renting a 4 bedroom house she could never afford and needs warm bodies for income.

She says she really “learned her lesson” about trusting the wrong people though. So much so that she turned around and signed up for it all over again within 24 hrs. (But she doesn’t need the money, guys!) (and she slept on the beach that night for an adventure, not because she couldn’t afford a hotel room!) She’s been so betrayed that she picked the next stranger she’s going to move in on her kids straight out of her DMs. She has a “feeling” about this one so should it work out great!
