I still can’t deal with how cheap and amateurish that entire install looks. Freely admitting she doesn’t know how to do things and using cheap materials. It’s really surprising.
“I didnt know how to do these things, I just googled them”. What??
I mean, by the looks of the final product that’s obvious but … how do you have the nerve to sell yourself as an interior designer, or stylist or whatever she calls herself, and then film everything to show it off as if you have actual skills to showcase? The self-confidence that woman has is amazing, I’ll say that much for her.
The sad thing is that she has the occasional good idea and if she actually put the time in to getting a real design education and then working at a reputable firm for a few years to learn how real design is executed she could probably end up being pretty good. I can imagine the eye rolling when she has to interface with architects or contractors or tradesmen (anybody who takes their profession seriously). But instead she half-asses everything.
She’s not a designer. She’s a professional influencer who uses design as her gimmick to pull traffic.
