Tbf, I really like Claire Sweeney as an actress and in real life. That character never suited her. She could have been great in Corrie.Do we know who Fiz’s dad is? Can come full circle and find out they’re brother and sister
She would have been cast better as a Glenda or Christina type character.

The "old cassie" has just been in the classics she was all hippy dippy chic, it was when he was marrying molly (mother or Kevin's lad name escapes me). I accept there isn't a stereotype but it doesnt match up.

As the above poster said, that’s a completely different character called Jackie Dobbs. We were led to believe she was his birth mum. I never understood why they retconned it so she wasn’t Tyrone’s mother. It didn’t make any sense. The convoluted back story they came up with when introducing Cassie to wipe away the Jackie years made no sense
Something about Cassie was too drugged up to look after Tyrone so Evelyn (Cassie’s mum), left him on the doorstep of the local police station and Jackie just happened to either be walking past or walking out of the station and took him in. The way we were told how Jackie had dragged up Tyrone and neglected him as a kid, why would she voluntarily take on someone else’s kid if she didn’t have to?

Didn’t they move into Ken’s because of money. They used savings or Steve’s share of the taxi to pay for legal fees for Amy’s SA case. So they moved in for money reasons then as mentioned above, Tracey met the footballer and went off tot Spain with himHe was with Tracey and they both lived with Ken, then they split up and she moved to Spain, and he still stayed.
