This. I’m so fed up of posters on this thread whinging that any discussion about MG & CM that isn’t “evil baby killers string them up” is excuse making/ excusing them/ defending them/ justifying their behaviour. What’s the point in even the thread if that’s all you want to say.

Because since they both took off it was all pure speculation that their motives were that they were just scared loving parents who wanted to raise their baby in a loving but alternative way of life. Even as more and more evidence came out to the contrary people were still insisting they meant well. And even now the baby was found rotting in a bag and the parents were more concerned about crisps and the rights and wrongs about the law of concealing a birth people are still insisting well it’s their form of love. There has been no love shown all along, take it from someone who has worked in a professional capacity with many sociopaths incapable of emotion and stop the faux naivety that nobody is capable of being evil

CM and MG are completely delusional, incapable of rational thought or normal emotions. In their head they probably felt their parenting was wonderful and social services were the enemy. MG said the baby's death was a completely unforeseen tradegy. Taking no responsibility that Victoria's death was caused solely by decisions they had made. They neglected to deal with her death in the normal way and what they did with her body would have repulsed any normal person.
I think they wanted her with them though. Otherwise none of this makes sense, CM could have had an abortion or handed her over. I don't think they loved her, in the normal sense. She certainly lived her short life without any loving care or protection from harm.

He was examined by a nurse. Whilst nurses do a good job at patching people up, they are not diagnosticians. There was something clearly wrong with his foot because he was limping in cctv and using a stick.

You haven’t worked with many sociopaths. You wouldn’t be talking about evil in such an uneducated way if you have. Don’t believe it for a second.

Everyone here agreed with your comment two pages ago that they are not capable of love or protecting another human. NOBODY has said ‘they meant well’!

They most definitely are. In the ED of the hospital where I work they routinely substitute for junior doctors on the medical rota.

It’s also possible to look outside our own experiences of life and love and respect the opinions of others, none of whom have tried to ‘spin’ anything, and all of whom wholeheartedly agree that both are guilty without question.

Yes, a doorbell camera earlier that night showed him trailing behind her, with a stick which he had on arrest. He also had bags on his feet.

So far they’re whispering to each other in the dock. No way will she blame him, and I doubt he’ll turn on her either. He needs her when he’s eventually released, this on top of his existing conviction isn’t going to make him popular.

Yes, but they were just at a shop and didn’t buy any over the counter medication like paracetamol or ibuprofen so….

He’s def got something wrong with his leg. But a leg injury doesn’t exactly stop you giving a statement to the police so it’s a moot point really.
