He only replies or uses the messages that help boost his profile! People who can boost his ego on his stories and make him see more ‘sainty’ Than he really is! I swear everything is for his own agenda!

Big sigh of relief... Stockholm Syndrome patient Derek has informed Mario that his hospital appointment has been postponed. Another couple of weeks until we get a full update on the keratoconus that might eventually mean Mario will become a brand rep for a braille version of fabreze #smallbusinesschampion

This might have already been said on here before, but I’ll bet £20 that with all the eyesight moaning and the impact it’s having on him interacting with the hundreds of thousands of DMs hes getting, Mario will announce in a few weeks time that he's been “gifted by the lovely people at Boots Opticians in Falkirk eye correction surgery to help him get back his 💎 twinkle. Plus they are offering 20% off their Boots Basic Frame range when you quote #MariosKeratoconusMafia”. The whole thing smells of a fishing expedition for a freebie
