How can he be so tired? He actually does nothing other than 30 hours of work a week! I am the same age as him, work in excess of 50 hours per week and spend my days off socialising and I feel fine.

Perhaps he needs to change his mindset and most importantly his terrible diet!

It’ll be a combination of a poor diet & fizzy drinks/caffeine and the fact he spends most of his free time either cleaning, lying in bed watching tv or on Instagram. All of that will just leave you constantly sluggish but never really able to sleep well.
