I've nearly finished it. It's been terrific. Loved every minute.

My hubby doesn't like Clarkson but has really enjoyed it.

Gerald is brilliant and I really like Clarkson's girlfriend Lisa. She's not precious about getting stuck in. They're all great. Kaleb and even Cheerful Charlie.

I'm not sure the good people of Chadlington are going to be enjoying the success of this programme as much as Amazon! The traffic there of people going to Clarkson's shop is a bit crazy.

I was a young farmer back in the day and it’s true, you absolutely get attached to the animals, no matter how hard you try not to!

Luca the cook/shop guy is very cute. 😆😍

The harvester Jeremy used for harvesting the nettles is something we've use at work as an emergency harvester, and let me tell you, what a bag of shite it is.

It's even from the same company Jeremy's came from.

Have a great time and let us know how it is - did you have to book a long time in advance to get the reservations?
I will :) Thank you!! The bookings open every 1st of the month for the following month. We booked really easily but I know others have struggled. Our table is booked for 6 but aiming to get there a couple of hours before but forecast isn't great. We did want to visit the shop in the tent and have a drink in the garden before but not if it's raining 😞

The Daily Mail ran an article today comparing the price of the stuff at Diddly Squat Farm Shop and at supermarkets like Tesco and Aldi.

I'll assume there is no other news going on. An absolutely pointless and ridiculous article.

I've just looked on the farm web site and tbh I didn't see anything there, like jams and chutneys, that were ridiculously overpriced for a farm shop.
Well of course farm shop produce are going to be more expensive than a supermarket. Pointless article.

Did they say why he’d done it? Had he been sacked or something? I remember them saying he worked at the pub.
No, they said he was a parking attendant I think and alluded to the fact it was his last day so I guessed he’d either been binned or left.

Did people hear what a customer said to the woman behind the butcher counter? So rude.

Is anyone watching or watched this on Prime?
I'm on episode 5, really enjoying it, seeing another side to Jeremy Clarkson, taking on the farm!
Kaleb, the young guy who helps on the farm is a fantastic young guy, really showing Jeremy how things should be done properly, but they have a great working relationship
Then there's an older man, Gerald! Re built the dry stone walls etc! Can't understand a word he says though 🤣🤣😉

Hawkstone advert right at the start of the England match. I'm guessing the Hawkstone business is doing better than Jeremy's other businesses. :ROFLMAO:

Have watched clarksons farm from the first series. Love the grand tour when he is with the other too
Got his book in a charity shop last week fir 50p still on amazon for £18.
There is many shows about farming ....country file & on the farm but they don't go into the deep cost of farming .
I am annoyed, I paid £1 for it in the charity shop....I feel hard done by!! LOL!!
