It's been really educational watching. I had no idea what a thankless task Farmers have and how they must really love what they do to keep going.

Didn't realise there was a Clarksons Farm thread - I love this show! ♥

I grew up watching Top Gear and always loved Jeremy, but for some reason avoided this show for years because I thought it would be gimmicky. But, after a few friends raved about how good it was, I decided to give it a go. I became OBSESSED. As many of you said already, it was not just a heart-warming and funny show but it also highlighted how tough it is to be a farmer. I genuinely had no idea it was like that.

I asked for a Hawkstone Cider box that comes with Diddly Squat crisps for my bday this year - can confirm both cider and crisps were delicious!! Also bought my dad some Hawkstone IPA which he enjoyed.

I love cars, but cannot say I was ever a massive fan of Clarkson on Top Gear.
Or of his paper writings!
No fan of Meghan, but that was way way too much...

However, I am a farmer's daughter and I love how he has shone the light on the plight of farmers. Farmers work soo hard for a pittance.

For this reason, I have become a fan.

Well done Jeremy!
And yet, when I was doing supermarket deliveries to lots of farms in the Fens during Covid, I never came across a farmhouse that wasn't a mega mansion 😁 invariably with beautiful views. Maybe well-paying farming is unique to East Anglia.

Ah but do they own them?
Tenant farmers?
I have no idea, but just saying.

My son appeared with the beer one day and said it was lovely. We live quite nearby so I've told the OH that we're going for a nose. I want to buy some Jeremy Juice lol. A friend went when they were doing the potato sales thing and spent a fortune on potatoes and 'free' tea towels.

Don't know if anyone can read the link as it's from Apple News but Jeremy's written an article in today's Times about his new pub 'The Farmer's Dog' - looks like there could be a TV series in it 😂

I’ve been rewatching old series whilst waiting for the new one! Is it weird that I find Charlie quite sexy 😅 he’s very clever and i like it when he’s stern with Jeremy 😆

I think she’s great. I didn’t like how they made her look a bit thick to begin with presumably because of the way she looks.

I loved Harriet, I wasn’t sure on her at first but I loved that she showed a girl can care about her appearance (hello eyelashes) and do all the “basic” stuff like TikTok whilst still being an epic farmer, knows her stuff and got stuck in. Thought she was a great role model for young girls tbh

I like Harriet too! She had the place looking tidy in no time. Cringed myself inside out at Kalebs stroppy attitude when he came back 😬
