CAnt remember as I didn’t screenshot it. But I clicked the link and it claimed her was a plastic/cosmetic surgeon. She was saying how amazing he was.

So... she posts photos of nephew (wheres her neice) but no sister. Sister posts mum has gone to pick up sis kids with son. No dramatic reunion between the two sisters
Niece is at home with dad, Claires sister didn't bring her as she couldn't cope on the plane as she's pregnant you know, you probably do know as she mentions it every 3 seconds. She is even more dramatic than Claire if that's possible. Though to be fair the daughter took extremely unwell her last visit so maybe something to do with that also.
