So shes posted normal stuff on her story after "her life changing surgery chat" but no update as to what it is. Shes a stupid woman who just plays games for the sympathy card.

Doesn’t she have kidney issues? Caroline is over soon so that will be interesting. I note she doesn’t seem to get advice from Claire on her reno anymore.

I know she is a qualified architect but every house she remodels has the same look. 🤷‍♀️

as far as im aware shes not a qualified architect. She did a degree course but it wasnt in architecture. Ive paid attention as my son is doing the architecture degree.
But i agree shes very copy and paste isnt she. Have you seen shes doing "debbies house"

i owe you an apology. Ive looked at her Linkdin and it does say she is an Architect. I thought id read when she was asked if she was she'd said no she wasnt fully qualified. Maybe she only did part of it i dont know. But anyway im sorry, im wrong

I’m sure she said she started work for a kitchen designer etc. maybe she has some kind of architectural design degree. Didn’t think she was a qualified architect though but maybe I’m wrong.

she’s not an architect. It takes years to full become one. She’s essentially an architectural technician.

To be honest I had just presumed she was a qualified architect. Whether she is or isn’t she isn’t exactly groundbreaking is she. Although I do have to admit I like most of the houses she shows (before and afters).

So if she isn’t a fully qualified architect who does all the technical drawings? She must do a “design” then outsources it for the technical stuff? 🤷‍♀️

i know she now has other people working for her so maybe they do that. I dont know. I looked on her website for fees as she doesnt do any work for less than 250k builds although does do edesigns for people too far away from her and i think theyre about £400.

I won’t lie I love her designs. I’ve used some for my own house. I actually don’t mind her at all.
