What does It matter what she speaks about her husband he speaks the exact same of her if you watch it ( sofa that’s been left out for years). Little miss perfect who never swears around her children and knows off the top of her head how many presses she has what’s lacking in your life that makes you feel like you can overanalyse other peoples. It’s really really SAD. We all know her business is gonna go tits up but you should really find other ways of filling your day without being obsessed with others. And best of luck with your perfect house and children with no badlanguage it’s actually laughable. You obviously care a lot about Claire if you go out of your way to watch her stories and come on here and voice your opinion. Maybe you should find other ways of filling your time maybe introduce your children to the FUCKING real world

if Claire is watching this, I'm wondering what she expected to happen when you quickly rush an online shop and instagram page to help people with hair issues? Clearly your going to get messages from the get go. from the minute the first message hit the account you should have kept on top of it which would mean only having to answer a few at a time. but clearly you left it to build up and overwhelm you, that's not a good way to start a business. You need to ignore everyone and get your head down and plough through the messages and orders, not go onto your page and rant to the people that are on both pages for messaging and ordering from you. I for one have hair loss issues right now and was delighted you opened up an online store. I didn't message you because of past rants you had about dms (nothing has changed) and I honestly will never buy from you because I see your rants about it all.
I understand you featured in an rte show (sorry I never watched it) but that doesn't automatically excuse you from having a normal job after that.
I preferred the Claire that worked in the college/school. I find the Claire now very intense and looking like she needs to talk to someone. It actually feels like you regret leaving your original job. The problem is you share too much online, that's why people talk. The orders your getting are from long time fans who are on both pages. You rant on one of those pages and making those loyal followers feel like shite. You literally are destroying yourself and people are telling you here and you call them trolls because you can't see what you're doing to yourself.
you've 2 young kids that are watching/hearing you screech into your phone constantly, that's not a good thing. you say your doing it for them but your rants say different. I don't think you've passion for what you're doing right now, if you had you'd put every waking minute into it like it was a new born baby. Ian is there to watch the kids you could be locked in a room dealing with and cementing this job so when they eventually do get back to school you'll fly through it all. You just don't want to go to that effort and it shows it's an absolute chore.
I'm no troll, I'm saying what I'm seeing and trying to help, like many others. These forums aren't about hate it's to try and open peoples eyes and help them. You would and prob have blocked people for saying this exact thing to you through dm. and I know you only share a small snippet of everything online BUT you say, do and share so much in that - its hard not to see what's actually going on.

Well said. This is respectful and detailed constructive criticism. I hope Claire sees this and takes it all on board. It's what many of us are thinking and this advice would help her business immeasurably. If she keeps going the way she has been she will do permanent damage to her new venture.

They can put away a serious amount of beer, she was drinking almost 12 hours yesterday, id be on the floor after 6hours,less even. But she thinks it is hilarious, remember she showed ian having to stand on the bin to crush down all the cans after one weekend, the bin was overflowing with cans, she was in bits laughing . Most people do not get themselves into that state sitting in their gaff every single weekend. She thinks its normal.

She's clearly desperately unhappy, she really thought she'd be front and centre of the media with the new biz and it's not getting the traction in circles she wants to be in, because she's a disgrace and brands and companies don't want to be associated with her.

She is a functioning alcoholic, no one needs to drink that volume at every opportunity.

She hates her current job has no work ethic and is only working approx 3hrs a day, not even 7 days a week. Most new businesses don't lift their head for hrs and weeks on end in the first few yrs.

As for Ian, he drinks as much and during school term can be seen knocking back cans midweek, he must be rank the next day.

Absolutely if she had lost 90% of her hair she would be posting the photos to promote her business and she did say before she feels like a different person when she looks at photos of her without the hair so therefore that would prove indicate she had taken photos. She just knows she can't post them as she didn't lose 90% of her hair.

I don't follow her at all anymore but went for a look the odd time at her stories so only noticed recently she was no longer with Pelo. v interesting yah I also thought she was a co owner or something. It isn't that surprising really I mean she worked in the public sector , which often means doing absolutely fuck all. don't come at me I've worked in the public sector and there are a lot of people that do absolutely fuck all in my experience. now I don't mean doctors or nurses or those kinds of jobs. You could kind of tell from her Snapchat that she did fuck all in work. She can barely manage her life either so how could she manage and salon. doesn't have any experience or crucially the right attitude to figure it out, work hard and learn.

Surprised that she has started or her own company she just go back to the 9-5. no shame it in either some people aren't just cut out for owning their own business. The difference between her and say Denise or whoever is Denise had he business long before social media following. claire is the other way around and didn't realise u still have to work hard to have a successful business even if you have a big following.

if it's true what you guys said that she wasn't even happy going into work in pelo then she needs to get some counselling cos she doesn't seem happy in her life at all.

I used to really like Claire. I went to her shows and met her a couple of times in the salon (which was never a pleasant experience). Ive seen a completely different side to her the past while. Shes crude and vulgar. I cringed when she was speaking about bathing her daughter and called her the little hippo while she was in the room. The continuous drinking is worrying especially for her husband who is getting redder in the face by the day. He's a heart attack waiting to happen.

If Elephant & Castle took 3 weeks to fulfil her order as a paying customer she might have a different attitude. Those clients contacting her are obviously going through something horrendous where she herself was afforded kindness and understanding so much so she wanted to go into business with the person who looked after her. I like her too I think she’s very funny. She isn’t a stylist but she has a qualification in something to do with hair loss treatmentsI can’t remember what they are called, I think she’s going to be the manager anyway and will hire people who are qualified.

She is only studying, she doesn't have so much as a qualification to answer the phones, let alone advise on hair loss.

From someone who has had total hair loss it’s an actual joke to look at those pictures of Claire’s hair and see her claiming she had 75 and 90% hair loss with almost a full head of long hair with a few patches

It's a kick in the face to people like yourself... and if you mailed her and explained this to her.. she would prob tell you to fuck off!!

What exactly are people emailing her and asking advice on that takes her hours to do? Is she actually qualified to give advice yet?
She seems to have done the trua business backwards. Most salon owners sell products as an add on to the business once they've got customers. She's started selling products without a customer base. And she doesn't seem to be loyal to those products she used every day like nak now that she has to make money.

The gas part of all of this is if you go back through her hair loss highlight she says none of that shite works She’s flogging any product she can get basically she has little to no real hair care knowledge she’s blagging.
