Not M. E but Fibro, RA and a number of other fatigue causing conditions, plus lingering Covid fatigue.
The exhaustion is destroying me at the moment. I’ve been in bed for 3 days, struggling to get to the bathroom that’s less than 10 steps away. I really need help and can’t get a doctor to assist

but have had blood tests and they checked indicators for ra, think I'll possible develop it in the future

I have nerve pain in my wrist, but the fatigue is the worst. I don’t have any energy to do anything.
Random new symptom started at the weekend, back spasms! Not ideal when they just start when walking round the supermarket! Does anyone else get these and have any coping tips?
