I don't understand why she does slimming world, it's far too restrictive so when people fall off the wagon, they fall completely off.
She'd be better suited to calorie counting, a lot less restrictive and much easier to adapt to your lie imo. I do weekly calories rather than daily so if I slightly over indulge one day I just adjust the rest of the week to suit & it means I can plan in things for the weekend too!
Yeah I calorie count too. I've done sw in the past and now I'm more educated I can see how restrictive it is. She's done it before but gave it up as she said she wasn't losing as quick. Probably because she was eating a lot more than usual.. On sw she has the smallest meals so no wander she can't stick to it it's not realistic. Probably consuming 800 cals.
I find it funny that we all mention how ignorant she is of the boys, how Hollys blatos living with her etc and suddenly Holly hasn’t been posted on her grid since 19th Oct. that’s a long time for Toad who normally posts her every other day.. there is either trouble in paradise or someone doesn’t wanna get caught benefit cheating again
P.s looking forward to seeing a post about Holly in T-24hours because we all know Todd will read her and feel the need to prove a point
