I agree with the above its much better suited to them rich chavs than a country cottage that they have now destroyed

There new home was originally listed for £1.3M last time I looked but they must have bought it for a Million in the end. Thats without around another 100k in stamp duty because it will be classed as a second home as they still stuck with the cottage
. It's only around 2 mins walk from the "renovation", I guess thats why they threw the towel in on that one instead of extending if they loved the location.
I can't help but be jealous of this one.
I wonder how she will do the decor? looks like she's changed her failed "renovation page' to now be a home page for this property.
All the houses on that small road are £1M plus with giant gardens and amazing views of the Cleveland way, so she's lucky hubby pulled that one out the bag for her.
