Didn’t Daily Mail or something similar post she went to Turkey or somewhere and had Lipo or body contouring or whatever they call it. So that’s aided in her weight loss surely? I’m sure she’s exercised but it’s misleading that she’s only exercised She looks great but her poor face what has she done? These people who constantly put fillers every month in their face what happens when they hit 40. In 20 years there’s gonna be a lot of botched faces around.

This makes me so cross that she gives literally no people about social distancing and the fact thousands have died of C-19, but so long as her pics on Instagram look good that’s the main thing! 🤬😡

She looks awful , shes gone way too far and looks plastic. I think she puts on a stupid act aswell. Has anyone actually tried that heralife thing ? I think gary from GS promotes it aswell with his girlfriend they have their own page. Was always tempted to try it but it’s expensive to do. I think once you start on it you’d have to keep it up or else you’ll put on weight again when you stop. I would love to take something to help loose weight 💔

It’s rit, save your money. I tried it years ago before all the celebs were all over it, it tastes rank and you’re constantly starving. By the time you buy the shake, the drink mix, the tea, the bars etc it’s £££. You’ll lose weight but as soon as you eat normally then it’ll be back in and then some. If you want a life of 3 shakes a day and an empty wallet go for it. Remember most of them are on the surgery and c diet. I know it’s hard (because I’ve been there) but it really is better to eat less and move more. ❤

Thank you so much for letting me know , I know it really is so hard but I did think it was too good to be true 💔 I definitely don’t have the money to be keeping up with it 😂 i was always tempted to try weight loss tablets but I think Iv come to realise they are all just a waste of money 😂

Best thing you can do is exercise & calorie count. As long as your‘re in calorie deficit it will work. Don’t waste your money on herbal diet rit. Remember, eat less,move more. X

Watch this IGTV about Herbalife, I found it really interesting ☺ losing weight is so hard but the best way to do it is literally to eat less and move more. Download my fitness pal and track EVERY THING you eat, you’ll be surprised at how many calories you actually eat in a day, I was! 😱 then just use the app to work out how much food you can eat. I’m in no way a nutritionist but after years of trying things and nothing working I finally lost 2 stone by simply tracking what I eat and making better choices. Also if you drink tea/coffee you’ll be mortified at how many calories you consume just from that!
