The story makes no sense to me - she described it as if it was emergency stuff (I had a family member having sudden abdominal pains and vomitting one bank holiday night so it's brought back weird memories to me) yet she implied they suddenly got a letter for the procedure ultrasound destruction of the stones so you freely pee them out so cancelled the holiday. Yet she made out he was suddenly in pain and vomitting and the surgery was emergency stuff.
I initially thought he was just jokingly yelling at Noah in the bath yet hearing it again sounded quite intimidatingly angry. Why would you speak to your child like that when they're not even toilet trained??
