To be honest i didn't know the name of the guy u mentioned so I googled it and I understood right away who he was by having watched The Silence of the Lambs many times.

Edit: Yeah, that long haired guy is a Matukaitis from Massachusetts, USA. Rokas was never that wild, lol, but it was fun to think so.

Yeah, I wish it had been him. "He" looked much more intriguing with that hair but it turns out, Rokas has always been pretty basic and boring. Oh well. At least we had a good laugh about it.

Ieva posted an Instagram story of a photo of her and Rokas by their laptop saying "wedding planning". I guess they are planning to get married quite soon? It's a rather fast relationship progression... less than a year? I honestly can't even imagine Ieva in a wedding dress but it really does seem like she's been wanting to find someone to make a home with for years. I'm just a bit surprised it happened so quickly after she introduced him publically to her social media.

I'm glad she's found someone that makes her happy, but I feel like she feels like she's "missing out" on something hence why the quick proposal. Her friend Lenka got married quite young, it seems like she found a nice German guy to marry and seems happy. I think Simona Burbaite is engaged etc... I'm not from Lithuania, so I don't know what the societal norms or pressures for women are there.

Just gossiping.. don’t know if you knew this guys but looks like Rokas has been friends with Ievas friends Karolis and Aurimas(?) before Ieva was friends with them.. so that’s how they got introduced- through Karolis.
To be fair Rokas seems ok. I just think it would do wonders to his looks if he got rid of that terrible moustache and got himself decent sized full length trousers. Don’t know if Ieva is giving him style advice ( she shouldn’t) be he just looks like a square and especially bad from the back. I mean the clothing he chooses just doesn’t do any good for his body shape.

Leka and her partner met in 2012 and got married two years later. They may have rushed it a bit because Leka needed to move to Germany and they wanted to be fully committed. They are still together. I think Ieva thought she would marry Arif in the same way but we all know how that went. I really don't see the point in getting engaged and married already with Rokas. I guess Ieva wants to marry and become a mom super quick, like she wasted so much time the past few years (waiting for Arif, mainly). It just shows that she is not very modern or independent in her thinking. I think Simona had her boyfriend for many years before getting married. I think it's fine to marry young when the relationship is solid, but I think Ieva is just hurrying things along to get to a certain goal, when in fact every step of the way is the experience.

Wedding content will give her some views, but if she's so lazy to produce interesting vlogs right now, she won't produce them with children.

She's not driven or consistent. The place where her parents live is beautiful. I could totally understand someone who didn't have much ambition wanting to spend their life there. True, her work ethic was always non existent. The place where her parents live is beautiful, but I always thought that Ieva wanted something more, she wanted to live in a big city, she was never very loving of nature. It changed when she had no choice, Arif dumped her and she started pretending that she looooves her country so much, her past showed us otherwise. In my opinion Ieva was a very pretty girl (not anymore) and she really had a chance to marry a nice guy from another country, she just didn't choose well. I don't know what she saw in Arif, he was not a good looking man and treated her like tit. A lot of wasted potential with her. I really wonder what future brings for her, Rokas doesn't look like a rich guy who will support his stay at home wife, but I guess she knows the best in what situation she is, and judging by her behavior she's comfortable and probably knows that no matter what her parents will help her.

Yeah me too.. I also hope she's/they're doing the right thing because it's really really early to get married .. with a so short engagement and considering also that they met/they know each other for few months. Generally when couples rush this way is because 2 reasons: or the girl is pregnant or is a huge love/passion but since that she's not pregnant (we are sure about this because we saw her drinking alcohol) it means it's a huge love. And I hope that it will last even when the initial passion will be over and things (in bed and out of bed) will calm down replaced by affection and normal/regular love.

I saw that her list of Instagram followings has grown very longer lately so quickly, it became all suddenly full of photographers accounts, addresses in Klaipeda and Kaunas of bridal dresses*, jewelleries and what not. Seems like she is completely in the middle of preparations and very close to the wedding date ;-)
