Doesn't look like a vascular occlusion. They are only tinged blue. With a VO, they'd be a lot darker blue

The MOT exemption only lasted till July so anything due after that still has to be done, plus it’s coming up on DVLA as overdue so it definitely is. And because it’s never had an mot before, there’s no record of her mileage before so no proof she has had it clocked, but like I said it’s extremely difficult to clock newer cars (I work in this industry) but hands up if I’m wrong. I’m sure she knows people with the knowledge to do it but she doesn’t give a duck about most things I don’t think she would even know or care what high mileage would do to the value of the car
ah ok, regarding the MOT but she has definitely clocked that car back. She's out ALL the time in it driving here, there and everywhere. There is NO WAY it's only done 14000 miles in 3 years. My mother in law has a car that is the same age as hers and when I say my mother in law does not drive it around, she really does not, no motorway driving etc and at her MOT in October,they recorded her milage and it was just under 12k!!! My mother in law has NEVER driven that car on the motor way, my father in law has to drive it on the motorway to give it a good run once every 6 months or so. She hasn’t had the car since 2017, remember she’s had a Red Merc and an Evoque at some point. Doubt she’s clocked the car! She just hasn’t owned from new.
Even if she hasn't had the car from new, that car has definitely done more than 14000 miles. The YEARLY average milage of a car in the UK is 12-15k, not over 3 years. She's Always out driving around, the amount of trips upto london etc.
